Just switched to **REDACTED**. I was a patient here since I got my card, and the staff is too inconsistant. Some days they are too friendly and joke around with each other and other days... the same person will act harsh and wont answer questions or help with comparing prices and potency.And the prices! They just raised their prices. I know its only 5 dollars more... but other dispensarys offer the same products at lower prices.I cannot imagine being a rec user. It must be outrageous having to get hyped up with eventbright just to get overcharged for semi decent weed.

Fantastic Staff and Services great selection all be it a tad pricey for the top grade, reserve, or "special edition" / Rare breeds be prepared to pay upwards of 80$ an eigth (3.5G) and 70-110$ for grams of Concentrates like live resin,Terp Sugar, Sauce, Diamond Sauce, terp diamonds, crumble, Budder etc... the most expensive stuff but most convenient will be the pre-filled Vape Carts and Disposable Pens but be prepared to pay for that convenience as some empty cartridge can cost 20-30$ without the stuff you fill it with... Great Place 👍 and Good People !

Due to the pandemic it’s been very hard to get a time slot in the dispensary so it’s hard to do business here but they had a good selection hopefully one day we can do business again. Giving you 5 stars cause it’s not your fault with all the chaos Mad respect 😎

Dispensary 33 is a perfect experience, from opening the door to leaving. I used this dispensary a few years ago. A lot has changed since then. As I cannot tolerate my current dispensary anymore. No names mentioned, but they are located at 3812 N Clark. I have returned to Dispensary 33. It was like I never left. They don't just sell you cannabis. The experience is still 100%. I am greatful for them. Keep doing what you're doing

As for the staff, Not too much different than most dispensaries in Chicago. Everyone was mostly friendly. The set up inside was nice. But that's irrelevant most times to me because I already have what I want picked out before I walk through the door. The pricing isn't too much different than most dispensaries in IL. Higher prices (where they shouldn't belong). The taxes from IL add unneeded fuel to the fire. The flower selections were slim. Overall good experience, but I'd probably seek out a more decreet location. I think disp33 being more known sort of hurts their business. When it pertains to availability of product.

Super professional- they’ll make it right. (“Rec user,” can’t afford a card)They run a really tight operation- the employees are well-trained to give clear instruction on what to do when and where (especially so during C*VID) and they’re all very friendly and efficient. Once you get inside, it’s super easy to get out, as long as you know what you want. They have a daily rec menu, so do your homework on what you want before you go as a courtesy to their and others’ time. There is an ATM inside that had, at the time of writing, a 50¢ surcharge.Each time I’ve gone, I’ve had a small glitch with their online system- to be expected since rec dispensaries are such new businesses- and each time they’ve gone above and beyond to make it right. This’ll continue to be my reg dispensary.

Read instructions!This dispensary was fast and courteous. It’s crazy how people can go out of their way to ignore rules and procedures when they’re clearly outlined on the website/Illinois portal. If the experience is inconvenient, it’s cause of you. Also got some cute (leftover I think) 420 stickers! Thanks guys

The website is so annoying. I read previous reviews of people complaining about the website but they just seem to respond the same to everyone instead of actually doing something about it. I am a recreational user so I went on eventbrite exactly at 5:59 pm just as their instructions for the 6pm slot. At first it said unavailable I then refreshed the page numerous times to give them the benefit of the doubt. It finally said register and I quickly went to select a timing. When you select a timing the website suddenly gets a mind of its own and changes to unavailable. It was so frustrating and at the end within 3 mins everything gets sold out. Never again attempting to get a “ticket” ever again. Prefer Rise Mundelein much better. They have an easy waitlist and you actually have a chance to get SOMETHING

This was my first experience at a dispensary, so I gave nothing to compare it to, but overall I felt the whole thing went very smoothly. Checked in around 9:20am on a Friday, was called in about an hour later. I was out the door by 10:40. Beautiful facility, organized system, very friendly & informative staff, plenty of product to choose from. Prices are pretty steep, but I was kind of expecting that. Overall, highly recommend Dispensary 33.

More like a STRONG 3.5. Here's why, although the staff was nice and they were leaps and bounds above, overall, a few other dispensaries in the area, the variety of flower was limited. Check in early and they will text you to come in later... I wasn't happy about that but it was the most efficient I dealt with in Chicago. The displays were a plus that other stores lacked. I'd definitely visit again with expectations that they will only improve as time goes forward.
