Used to order from here alot, my order took and hour and a half. Wasnt mad about it. Tipped the driver 20%. But I ordered the pineapple habanero chicken and someone put hot buffalo sauce instead of the habenero sauce. It tasted bad I couldn't eat it. I just paid for something that was late , wrong, and tasted bad. I just wasted my money.

Came in last sunday and it was really busy and this dominos of san pablo is fastest and the friendliest and cleanest. I ordered 15 pizza via phone and the managaer told should be ready in 20 minutes so i doubt it but i gave it a try but oh god i came in 5 minutes early so i waited and after 3 minutes pizza is ready. If i am able to give this store extra star i will because the younger looking guy that worked that day offered and helped me bring the pizza to my car. Thank you dominos.

I normally dont go to this location but lately i have horrible experience the one at macdonald ave the manager name manayen always gave us bad service and ATTITUDE. So i came in to this location and ordered 2 large pizza, bread bites and pasta for pick up today and everything is good and hella fast and customer service is really outstanding and more professional. For sure will keep coming back to this location from now on because There’s 5 workers inside and they all greeted me with a smile. #gotnewpizzajoint

I love Domino's. The thin crust specialty pizzas like the Memphis BBQ chicken, chicken-bacon-ranch, and Cheeseburger feast , (which I share with my German Shepherd). We also like the BBQ and bacon specialty chicken. And the hot lava cake is a delicious dessert. The San Pablo store gave us excellent fast service and the pizza was spectacular.

Have eaten here multiple times. Food had been good until today. I am a staunch vegetarian due to religious reasons. I had ordered pasta in a bowl with cheese and pineapple. I found 2 pieces of chicken in the pasta and I already had eaten one. I had never eaten chicken in the past so didnt realize it until I saw the second piece. WTF Dominos!!!! You just fed chicken to a religiously vegetarian person!!!! Never coming back!

DOMINOS HAS GREAT PIZZA, THEY MAKE ORDERING PIZZA ONLINE TO EASY. I'VE BEEN ODEREING NOW FOR THE PASS 3YEARS. NEW TO THE SAN PABLO AREA WHILE WORKING. I ORDER A PIZZA WITH DOUBLE SAUSAGE WHEN I WENT TO PICKUP THE PIZZA NO DOUBLE SAUSAGE SO THEY OFFERED ME A FREE PIZZA ON MY NEXT VISIT. WELL WENT TO CLAIM MY FREE PIZZA ORDERED THE SAME THING AND THEY FORGOT THE DOUBLE SAUSAGE ONCE AGAIN. SO TO SATISFY ME WITHOUT ASKING SHE WARMED UP SOME ME AND JUST PUT ON THE PIZZA UNCOOKED, JUST WARMED. SEE THE ATTACHED PICS TO SHOW HOW THE SAUSAGE AND MUSHROOMS ARE NOT COOKED INTO THE PIZZA. January 26 we had a party at Alvarado park where we had the great idea to order a pizza. We called to order and we were told it would arrive in 45 min. An hour passed by and we didn't have a call. We called and we were told that it would be another 30 minutes. We waited another 30 minutes and the pizza still had not arrived. We decided then to cancel the pizza. Never again.

When a customer ask where my food is after an hour, You should not be rude! You tell them i will let you know where the driver is! But you guys start to argue saying we have 1 driver this and that! If so than hire more workers! And what you want me to do cancel the order is not the solution. You guys should have some good customer service specially the one who pick up the phone should have patience and should know how to deal with people! Everytime a customer call doesnt mean they are rude and they want free food or no food! Never getting pizza from this place again forsure!

Tonight I order my pizza like I usually do the store in San pablo town center in front off the San pablocalifornia library. it not even a mile away from my house I waited over an hour and I call to see where my pizza was a guy name Felipe answer the phone and he say he had cancelled my ordered.My wife is pregnant that the reason I had ordered the pizza he didn't know what too say and he just hang up.
