I frequent this store but today I noticed inappropriate pricing on the website. The guy who assisted me was older with white long hair and has obvious emotional problems. He was practicing authority, barring me from entry to the store while no one was inside and telling me where to stand precisely.. (I don't need help staying 6 ft away from other people that weren't inside yet) When I told him that usually when you buy more the price is less and discount is factored in upon purchase.Instead of saying I'll have to let the owner know, he proceeded to argue math with me which apparently he is terrible at. He even failed to charge me for the chillum stem I wanted to purchase. Forcing me to yet again pull from the ATM.I left telling him he has to do better and then said he didnt understand anything I was saying which was obvious because he seems to have the IQ of chilly room temperature.So, if you're the owner, your portion pricing is inappropriately staggering prices with higher yield amounts for online purchase and please consider good help instead of repulsive do-nothing employees.

Awesome stores with super friendly staff!I have gone to several stores and have always had a great experience with finding what I need. I have gone in 4 times to the Shoreline location and once to the SODO shop, every single visit has been educational and helpful. The staff are always there ready to answer any questions and provide any knowledge and recommendations about what we say to them. Every visit has felt personal and valuable.

The only place I buy cannabis.Everything they stock is super quality, even the cheapest options are real nice. Nearly all the flower I've bought from here in over two years has smelled and tasted great. The edible selection is nice. They have (imo) plenty of cbd options in all forms. There's always something on sale. I've bought from other nearby places for a cheap quick fix a few times but as far as I've tried everyone elses bottom shelf stuff tastes chemically and gross. Cant taste the weed. Which is scary. So I stick to Dockside.It's hard to leave with anything that'll disappoint, but if you're quite particular, all the staff is so so knowledgeable and beyond friendly. Matias and Matt in particular always give me great recommendations based on what I've liked before. I always leave here happy.

I went here as my first dispensary on my 21st birthday on April 13th. It was honestly The best experience I've had in a dispensary to this day. I wish I lived in the area, and I wish I would've caught my budtenders name. He was brilliant, understood exactly what I was asking for, and got me lots of extremely high quality product for a good price. He was also very friendly and chill, didn't have a single off moment talking to him. He provided possibly the most excellent customer service I have had in my life. They also appeared to have pretty frequent discounts and things like that. Super awesome.

The budtenders here are always so friendly, professional and helpful. The store itself is clean and well organized, yet also very welcoming. Dockside features a wide variety of growers/brands in flower and other products, so if you're looking to get something new and of good quality this is your place. Well behaved dogs are welcomed, even encouraged to visit...there may even be a treat in store for them at checkout.

This place is the worst. They are way overpriced and the new staff is not very educated. You will probably know more than the budtender helping you. They recently started being pushy about certain products. I guess they did some remodeling and it has a sterile, hospital vibe now. Do yourself a favor and go a few blocks down the street to other shops.

Super friendly and respectful people. I'm always overwhelmed by the expertise, kindness and attentiveness this store consistently delivers. I am not a frequent cannabis user, but I have been to other places which could really learn from Dockside in terms of atmosphere, professionalism and a good nature attitude. As far as product, I have always been happy with what I have purchased - even the less-expensive strains. This store got my loyalty right away.

Subpar. Came in as a first time patient and was hoping to find good medicine at a decent price. Unfortunately I found neither. The medicine was somewhat dry and harsher than I would ever think it should be, considering strains are $15 a gram w/tax! Middle shelf quality, came in hoping to find affordable medicine for a medical patient, but unfortunately only found a shop for those who are smoking for entertainment, though a medical recommendation is still required! Unfortunately wasted my time coming into a medical shop that has rec pricing. On the + side:The budtender Katie was very helpful and recommended. The setup was professional and a decent selection. Though the flowers seem somewhat dry and harsh they look like they were trimmed well and no mold, hairs, etc that was noted. Maybe something in a concentrate or other product may have been better... I am a low income homeless disabled individual and cannot afford Rec store pricing! Have traveled far and near to find quality product that works for me and this is just another shop that I will have to add up to the list of places that don't work for me. -Nothing for first time patient!- Even if there are laws against giving free things now, there are ways to make sure the patients taken care of without breaking these laws and apparently none of these ways are in place at dockside cannabis...Based on dry middle shelf quality flower and top shelf prices, will not be back.

This is my regular stop for my herbal neeeeeds! :D The staff are always great and I even know a few of them by name! The staff are very knowledgeable and usually in a great, welcoming mood and can answer any of your technical or even out there useless questions! Now I'm no expert in quality of flower or even products in general, but I find their stuff to usually be great! My friends say their stuff is top notch so I guess I've just got a higher tolerance. Anywho, I totally recommend these guys. Happy staying happy frients!

Good selection. Decent prices for retail. My experience was not the best tonight. I asked specifically for a gram of the highest percentage of indica concentrate and was given a half gram of hybrid. I had to tell the cashier (that is a compleatly separate from the person that I spoke with initally) that my order was compleatly wrong and I wasn't done ordering before the girl wandered off and started taking another order. They were super busy and I felt a bit shuffled off. I will return, and I still recommend them. But... Please keep up with quality control of your budtenders... Ocean Greens has never treated me this way... I would've spent a lot more money there if that girl hadn't shuffled me off...
