Feedback:

Why is it that every time I visit this place there is a new face behind the counter? This wouldn't be so bad if everyone working there knew what customer service was like...l was referred an indica strain when I clearly stated sativa. Overall I've never been impressed let alone walked out of there w a smile like most places ever so simply do for me elsewhere. It really isn't that hard dockside! Educate your staff and for Pete's sake hire someone that looks like they actually want to be there.
