Very happy with these guys. I think I might have found my new primary dispensary. The edibles are maybe a little bit overpriced but that's fine if they treat customers well. Respectable flower selection and there was product for all budgets. I haven't shopped their concentrates yet so I can't really speak to that. I had the same budtender twice and usually those guys bother me at other dispensaries but this dude was awesome (I don't know his name because Cannabis effects the memory, but he knows who he is). Looking forward to boosting their annual sales.

I don't think I've ever had a business transaction with more helpful and friendly people. Security guard was a solid 10/10 dude, and all the sales staff was on top of it with knowledge and product familiarity.

Stopped by today 4/28@5pm to pick up a order as soon as I walked up a security guard walked up to me and I asked him where's your mask?he responded I'm immune I don't need one then proceeded to tell me the mask I was wearing wouldn't protect me from nothing also he wasn't wearing gloves! No respect for anyone said he was healthy and for me not to worry about it that he just touched my ID without having gloves on laughed when I asked if he had any handsantizer Tomorrow morning I'm calling the health department and see what they have to say about your employee also your bud tender would not let me see the weed prior to purchasing the product so I left buyers BEWARE of the bad covid 19 practices here!I really hope that the owner responds to this as any employee with the security guards attitude should be fired!I wish everyone one was immune not just your security guard!

Med strain selection is horribly lacking, often with only one or two strains available for purchase. The quality of ALL flower grown by Doc's is subpar and not even worth $125/oz.Budtenders will attempt to scam you, too lol. If you say you want an indica strain, for example, they'll show you a hybrid or two without disclosing it's not what you asked for. Really shady business practices and really bad flower/selection.Go somewhere else down the street if you can.

Couldn’t get into my regular dispensary due to a long wait because of new social distancing rules. Decided to try Doc’s on my way home and was not disappointed to say the least. They were sticking to social distancing and enforcing that customers stand on X’s 6 feet apart and service was quicker than I imagined. Staff was friendly, helpful, and I was only there probably less than 5 minutes. And the quality of the buds was better than expected too. Nice job Doc’s!

I told the budtender I was a member and medical patient she didn't care. She just told me what everything cost and was very rude! I will never return. So don't shop here and find another dispensary that cares about there customers cause this place doesn't care about there customers! Or there patients either.

Very knowledgeable, never feel rushed. Great selection of live products along with the prices. Great attitudes and atmosphere!So I got my medical card, guess who got to help? Tina did a marvelous job, again very friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable!! Thanks for being my caregiver Doc's!

I’m a medical patient. I’ve had problems with them from the beginning. The state med card was printed wrong, even though it was printed right off the state’s website.They couldn’t figure out my account and check in almost every visit. The staff is rude every time. Lot of staff turnover. I’ve hardly ever seen the same faces. They don’t have a great selection for their own flower, even though they took my 6 plants rights for them to grow. They had a point system that apparently they advertised was no longer going to be in effect as of January. I had no idea because no one verbally mentioned it. Went in couldn’t use it. I had been saving points to get the full 30% off. I got upset and walked out and now I’m banned from there. Guess they won’t be getting my plants again!!! Bad customer service!!!! Could have just been nice and let me use the points I had built up this last time. I wouldn’t return even if I wasn’t banned.

Horrible staff! So unfriendly and unorganized! Sorry, not sorry. Too chaotic and small to be letting that many people in at once and then not even give proper customer service... I was truly irritated by the service!! I used to go here when first opened, and am very disappointed coming back after not coming here for a while, used to be way better!!! I’m glad I didn’t get what I wanted there, go down the street a ways to Rocky Road!!! waaayy better Buds!! And staff!!!🙃

On the 11th of this month I visited this establishment. I spoke with a female budtender. I stress that I could not get an indica, make me paranoid and anxious. I selected 2 quarters of flower and 1 package of pre-rolls. When it came to the pre-rolls she handed me 1. I seen that it was marked (I) for indica. When I said something, she said that it was missed Marked, trust her. After going home and partaking. Not feeling right. Doing research and finding out it is an indica. I love the prices but will not trust bystander again
