I discovered this shop, and was happy with it! But, on numerous occasions I put in an order, only to be called and advised that they no longer have it. It’s ok. I don’t mind that. But when I go to check for something I would like to replace it with, the item is still present in the menu. I definitely feel that real time updating within the system would be fantastic and user(stoner) friendly. Also, I submitted an order around 3-4pm unknowing of the store closing early that day. They told me no worry, my order will be there in the morning. I went the next morning and they said they were out of the strain I had reserved over 12 hours earlier. I mean, first come first serve. But with that, I mean, as an online order comes in, you fill it and that is for that person until they come pick it up, or they don’t and you re-introduce it to available products. Unfortunately, keep the stock up when you have low prices or again, update the online in real time.
