The owner is rude and childish. Today my wife and I went to Doctor Green at Glenpool where I purchased some flower and edibles under my profile, after the purchase, we had enough punches on the Doctor Green punch card for a 99% off gram. I gave the card to my wife and we asked if we could use the discount under her profile since we were already there. We were told no and that it had to be on a different visit. When we pointed out that I had made a purchase and not my wife and this would be her first purchase of the day we were told the punches were not hers. We stated that we were married and they were, in fact, hers and asked why we could not do this and asked for the manager. The gentlemen we were talking to informed us he was the owner and that he was doing this so we would come back. My wife informed him that if this is how he treated customers we would not be back, he stated "Why would we do this" and "Why are we putting ourselves in this position". After this, we left with our purchase and punch card. After returning home my wife called to explain why we were upset and that we would only be back to redeem the punch card, again the owner was rude and said that she was not "special" that it was not her card and hung up on her. Since the owner wants to be rude to customers we will not be returning and to answer his questions: "Why would we do this?", if you mean why have my wife make a separate purchase so we are not inconvenienced and have to come back the next day, why wouldn't we. And as far as the "Why are we putting ourselves in this position?"What position? There are plenty of other dispensaries open for business that I am sure will be more supportive of their customers, that are not rude and childish. We have spent hundreds of dollars there, referred people and enjoyed the employees, how ever this has been over shadowed by a rude and childish owner who has made it clear he does not care for his customers .
