I have been going here for a couple of years and been satisfied with their services when I had Anthem Blue Cross medical insurance. But as a Medicare patient the billing dept. or Facey Medical Group can not get the coding corrected. I have reached out to them and I still get a bill from Quest not fixing the problem. This has been going on for several months. I think that they are to big of a medical group to resolve a problem. I will seek a new doctor with a better billing dept. I'm giving them Two stars for the billing dept. If you go here as a medicare patient be warned. They don't seem to have enough knowledge on how Medicare works.

I ABSOLUTELY love Dr. Caputo and his amazing nurse Kaleigha ( don’t know if that’s spelled right) !!!! They are both very caring and compassionate. I’ve been a patient for about 2 years now and will never see a different doctor EVER!. I get taken back very promptly and am seen by the Dr. with hardly any waiting! These are 2 great people who actually DO their job!!!! Hard to find these days.

I love this office. All facey facilities are good but this one for me is way faster.Went to porter ranch and I was treated so poorly by the doctor...never went back again. Terrible bedside manners. Even went as far a saying "your here for 1 problem only" when I told her to add a1c to my blood work since i am prediabetic. Anyway, I came here because I follow Dr. Pattan from another office. She has been a sweet and nice pediatrician for my son and daughter.My daughter was born under Kaiser but I love Dr. Pattan so much I told my husband she needed to be under his insurance so we can take her to Dr. Pattan.I will follow her anywhere! Hope she stays as their pediatrician till my kids are 18!Cant say enough about the friendly staff. Love how fast they are that I now come here for me too. Great place!

My husband got his identity stolen by someone in this office. We know this because we tracked all his activities down and the ONLY place we gave all his info to in the last YEAR is this medical office, when we took our child in. Someone opened a Target credit card 1 mile from the office and spent $2000 the next day (and more). The medical staff is fine but trust is lost for us. Police report has filed but of course this "victimless crime", as police calls it, was not on the top priority. Be careful with this place and DO NOT provide SSN, you don't have to. We won't make that mistake again.
