Ordered from them online, they confirmed my order and said 90 minutes or less. That was last night and the last I heard from them -- they have not replied to any of my communications. I sat on hold for 20 min even though their automated system said I was "number 1 in the queue"Zero communication.Total waste of my time

Ive used cannahealth a handful of times now and they are a good service with well priced products. The website could use some upgrading but still able to navigate through. Does not happen often but sometimes what you originally ordered gets sold out without knowing until driver arrives. What is great though is they have a refund policy if you are not satisfied with their products.Would recommend!

Pretty much every time I order, they show up and tell me what I’ve ordered was out of stock and stick me with something else. No freebies, nothing. Today really took the cake though. I placed an order at 6pm, got a confirmation and everything seemed it was going as it should. An hour and a half goes by, nothing. I text EVERY number on their site to try and see what’s going on. Nothing. Then I got a thank you email with an 800 number which I called, and that turned out to be a sex hotline. I can’t even believe this level of service. They closed at 8 without even telling me they got my order. No one ever showed up or texted me back.

I did not receive any product so I this review is for my TERRIBLE experience with customer service.I am currently unwell and decided to get some medication delivered to me. I made a small order and was allowed to and I proceeded to wait. I waited 2 hours and became concerned. I texted for an ETA and all responses that I received were very unprofessional! I was told that they do not deliver unless your orders were over $40 - something that was not apparent on the mobile-website. I then had my number blocked. A few minutes later I received an email to leave a review. Which I couldn't leave because my account was blocked.

I ordered two 1000 mg cartridges. It says typical delivery is 75 minutes. 90 can be common. It was almost 2 hours. When it finally came, I was cool, it was a holiday weekend etc... she gave me one cartridge that was 500 mg and a "weekender" which was also 500 mg. I asked if it was an even thing- the weekender. she said it was. I was at a hotel, so when I got back to my room and actually looked in the bag, I got shorted by 1000mg. When I texted her to let her know, she told me she could come back and refund my money. I was in town for a wedding, I didn't have the extra 2 hours to wait to begin with, I certainly don't have time now. I'll call it a learning curve....for everyone. IF you are going to "substitute" something it would be best to contact the customer. No first time patient bonus either.

Great service, really friendly and personable staff. Always a great experience. I've never had a bad moment. This is the only service I use, it was my first choice after newly acquiring my medical card. I plan on continuing to utilize cannahealth into my future as a medicinal patient. Great staff, Great medicine at great prices, with responsive and speedy delivery. There's no need to venture elsewhere.

This is my first time to use marijuana, so I was a bit nervous and very ignorant about the product. I was very disappointed that there was not a walk in dispensary. The people were very pleasant and helpful.The delivery person was wonderful, and the delivery time was very reasonable. I was told that I would get a senior citizen discount but they did not apply it.

Always the best service! I was to busy to ask for an eta this time & my delivery came before i had time to see i had recieved 3 text telling me you were on your way, how long you would be & even when you arrived. Also love that if you don't have exactly what i order you bring the closest match or will upgrade without changing the price. Always great product delieved by very nice people. Thank you

I am absolutely impressed with the speed and quality of your service. I requested at 11 a.m. and had it just before 3. I asked for 2 p.m. on very short notice and had a jarful of beautiful and very smelly (good!) Kushalope strain. And the price on this and 2 years of past experience with CannaHealth has only revealed amazingly low prices. On average I see an industry cut in prices of roughly 30%. Beat that!If things continue as they are now, I will be with CannaHealth for many more years. They have helped me stay at home instead of in the hospital. I can't imagine the pain and suffering I have had and how much it became almost a non issue.Thanks Cannahealth for all the good you do for me and so many others.I have seen Dr. Robinson for 3 years now and he has always come across as a health care friend. I've stuck with Cannahealth since I got my card first. I have tried several other places and to be honest they completely suck and are disappointing! Their new website ordering is awesome! They don't have a great selection and the prices are a bit steep, but they kind of are anywhere! Again, not a huge selection BUT their customer service is amazing! Their delivery times are spot on! Ive now got 3 friends hooked on them and now my mom who just got her card hehe! Thank You Cannahealth for actually caring about our industry instead of trying to make an extra buck! You guys have a life customer for sure!
