I'm so done with constantly getting charged different prices when I shop on the regular not to mention being Last of a Dying key badge breed. There are some of the dopest people that work here and is there simply because I have to. I'm pretty sure that's easy to decipher. I've really tried to just kind of brush it off but I just can't really deal with the back and forth wondering how much I'm going to get charged when I walk in

Been going here for years but since the hiring of the new staff. It has become rude, bad served and full of immature attitude. One staff member used profanity towards a customer for showing their disappointment in a staff member giving them the wrong information. Also have been hung up on multiple times or placed on hold while trying to make orders. Its sad to see such a good good place fall so hard

IF they do have good buds, don’t bother trying to get them to set aside your order (something they say they’ll do for you) because they’ll sell your order to someone else before you can come in to get it. There are better dispensaries with better, fresher flower at cheaper prices all over Denver!

I was told in person that they would have sugar wax later that day (after i was shown the brand i asked for, all packaged up and ready to be sold.) So after driving for 2 hours and twenty some odd minutes back home. I called and was on hold for 13 minutes just to be hung up on!! I called back ASAP just for the women on the phone with me to be rude and told me "thats not happening"

Horrible dispensary in desperate need of new management. There was one amazing bud tender but i heard through the grapevine that they fired her because she voiced concerns with the sanitary conditions of the shop with COVID going on. Beware of the cleanliness of anything you buy here, if you would still choose to support a business like this....probably best to do yourself a favor and go to one of the plenty other dispensaries Denver has to offer.

love love love Doctors Orders! the new management, holly and echo are awesome!! with the covid crisis going on, i have been very hesitant to go out in public but i see EVERYTHING at doctors orders is clean, everyone is wearing gloves or mask and you see them sanitise every time a new customer leaves. i feel safe here!100 percent recommend! every time i come in there i am greeted with a smile on there face! i am glad old management is gone, the guy wiht long hair and the girl with the blond curly hair were horrible customer servicce, Doctors orders has definitely changed for the better; better managment, better weed, better prices. anybody who has complained clearly is not a regular nor a true stoner!

I've been going here for 3 years now and have had my med card signed over the entire time. I really signed up for the old manager, Sean, but he was let go. Seems they've been changing management a lot recently now and it's really affected the medical service. The rec side always holds good options but the med side was for patients. The new med side manager and bud tenders are just rude and they make sure to over price everything by at least $100 or 20% higher than competitors. I really loved this place but now I will be finally switching dispensaries.

Good products and pricing, but as a long time rec customer, it was confusing being told 8 half gram cartridges maxes my limit and that the 8g concentrate limit was a medical limit. Due to how confused she seemed to be, I gave up trying to spend more money by asking for assistance from a more knowledgeable budtender. Will be back, but will be picky about getting a knowledgeable budtender

Let me first say that I’ve been going here for over five years. I’ve spent an untold amount of money here. My wife has been going there long than me. We have always enjoyed our time there and the product was good. Now “WAS” being key work in the sentence. We have come in the past few weeks and the dabs we bought were flat out nasty!! Tasted like sulfur and fireworks! When we tell them they we not good nothing happens no I’m sorry nothing.... the service here use to be amazing but now it’s lacking. We have decided that doctors orders will no longer be getting our money that’s for sure.
