"DO CURBSIDE & never in store"!!!!Don't be fooled by their website advertisement stating that ordering online will be alot FASTER than waiting in line. I did just that, ordered online thinking that "Express ordering" was the shizzzzz. Not.......! I even arrived about an hour & a half from the time I ordered, handed over my ID only to be told id have to get in line and wait for order to be brought out🤔That "CURBSIDE" was the quickest & faster way. Then my order was cancelled as I was waiting there & had to reorder online AGAIN, ANOTHER HOUR WAIT! Some BULLSHIZZZZ........FLIP SIDE: I FINALLY GOT MY STASH(ONLY REASON FOR 4 stars)

This place has the best hospitality and staff!! You literally get one on one service! Thank you Sarah for being such a big help! She’s amazing, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful!!!! Be careful pulling into the parking lot! The entrance is can be tricky IF you have never been there before! But even the security guard was really nice and didn’t make me feel so embarrassed. Thank you Dr. Orders, you came through in my time of need! Again , thank you Sarah I appreciate you!

POOR MANAGEMENT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEINEXPERIENCED BUD TENDERS. They let me order online, drive there to tell me they don’t have my product. Won’t let me check the bag to make sure they got my order right (which they haven’t 4 times no joke). Always making some smart a** comments and talking to their customers like we are beneath them.Never leave there with what I wanted. Save yourself money and from getting angry. Go elsewhere.

My husband and I have been coming here for like a year now never had any problems. Today completely rude and poor customer service. If I was ever this rude to my customers in my buisness I would never expect them to respect me let alone ever come back to my place of buisness. Maybe doctors orders should evaluate their employees. At least teach them to practice great customer service.

Thank you for being open during the pandemic! I have been dealing with crazy anxiety and nausea for some time. And with what's been going on, it's gotten to the point where I can't even eat. I've used cannabis for my nausea before, but didn't care much for the head high. The staff today (5/1/2020) really listened to me and recommended a new brand with way less of a head high and more CBD. I'm eating again 😂 thank you!

As a former employee of Doctor’s Orders, I love this place! All the budtenders are super friendly, knowledgable, and hard working. The busiest stores are the best stores and these guys definitely live up to that. Recommendations made are always suited to the type of feeling I’m looking for, managers are excited and eager to make the experience as easy and fun as possible, and the Kola’s name is one well recognized and trusted. As a Heavy Hitters brand ambassador, I’m always excited to see my roots when visiting, whether it’s for a demo, to do some shopping, or just to say ‘hi’ they are the best! I’ve been here twice. The first time, a very kind employee helped me. He was polite and patient; he took his time with me and gave me many options for my condition. The second time, I was helped by a different employee and my experience was unpleasant; he was very rude and did not want to deal with me. Because of the second interaction, I will not be returning. The establishment is very nice but I do not want to take the chances of having a rude employee talk down to me and undermine me. the sexism was “real”.

Always kind, extremely informative, kind, well stocked & kind.Waiting time for me rarely exceeds 7- 10 minutes. In & out time 10 or less. Usually the less for me. I do refer to the “Popular Time” graph on google for a smoother visit. 👌

I was in there for the first time, and left feeling satisfied. I wrote down what I needed so I wouldn't forget, and they worked off of it to get me what I went in for. Some of the items I asked for they didn't have, but they advised me on what to get. It ended up being cheaper than what I had originally budgeted for, which was great. I highly recommend anyone to stop in and see what they have.

This place treats me so good,like i'am very important..I always buy edibles. I went in asking about the orbit once the Edibles a blueberry gummy dipped in dark chocolate and the one you pay 1599 plus tax for give me another dollar when you get another hold back Edibles are so nice to me they said they don't have that offer no more. You guys treat me really good I love you guys doctor ordered his number one 101 420 Club you rock
