Bought some flowers today and was a bit disappointed with the cartridge we paid $60 for. It ended up being half empty for some reason. If anyone from the store can help me to resolve this issue it would be great!However, the stuff that works there is amazing 5/5, very friendly and kind people, they know what to recommend.

Have been a loyal customer for about a year now, recently purchased the Lowell box of pre rolled joints. These joints were defective and would just burn without any smoke.Came to exchange it(i only used 1/2 of one joint out of the package) and they refused to do anything about it.Very disappointed with their customer service.

Shout out to Deyvon, Aron, and Robbie for assisting customers during the Heavy Hitters demos on Wednesdays (6:00-8:00pm). They work hard, are all knowledgeable, have a great vibe and inform their customers on their products to the fullest. Excited for tomorrows Heavy hitters demo once again and Cookie Co can easily become one of your favorite shops to pop in on throughout the week.

Been there for 5 minutes: -Smooth registration (1 minute)-Qualified and friendly service (2 minutes)-Quick Check-Out (2 minute)They offer a good variety in different doses. I tried Green Ribbon for 10$ and it is definitively a very potent one. I also like, that they include sales tax in their prices. Will come back soon ;)

This dispensary is too unorganized which makes it more inconvenient to shop here than your average dispensary. When you call to ask if an item is available, they tell you they don't do that over the phone but their system is not precise enough for that to work. The only way that works is if their menu is always up top date, which it's not. In fact, they have items on the menu that are out of stock all the time. So when I called to check for an item that was on the menu but was worried that it was out of stock, the man on the phone told me that whatever is on the menu is in stock (which is not true). When I told him this he very rudely hung up on me. So unprofessional that it made me cringe. I called immediately called back, and the guy who answered told me that items on the menu could be out of stock, which directly contradicted what the man who had just told me a moment ago, and then acted very disrespectfuly when I told him that isn't true. Lastly, they dont seem to understand the point of a line for orders. They do have one but there's no convenience to ordering ahead because none of the cashiers exclusively process pick up orders. Meaning you're waiting in line to pick up behind people who haven't figured out what they want yet.

I've been going here for years! Great club with friendly budtenders and security! Tax is INCLUDED in the price you see/pay which is REALLY helpful and one of my favorite things about them. Also they have a good selection of buds, concentrates, vape carts and edibles! They have stuff in all different price ranges too which is the main reason I usually go here! It's pretty affordable most of the time 😊

It ain't pretty and it's not in a nice part of town, but you can't beat the prices and the friendly staff! The stock rotates pretty frequently but the prices are always great, I usually walk out with a select or jetty 500 mL cartridge for $30! And they Mark the price at the final number you pay after taxes

Had some problems with previous cartridges i had purchased from here. Didnt expect them to do anything about since i assume it was my fault it broke. After a short chat and making my purchase they went above it all and replaced the cartridge for me. These guys will always tell you whats up and do what it takes to keep the customers happy. Great shop.
