For the past 2 years I used to be a weekly customer but the last 3 months have been a horrible experience. Customer service has gone way down hill and the prices have become outrageous compared to other dispensaries. I am now a weekly customer with plantae, who still has awesome deals and great employees. So disappointed jollys has gone downhill.

Shopped at Jolly's on March 14, 2019. They are one of only two shops in Bend carrying the classic well regarded flower I wanted AND at the slightly lower price than their competitor. Bud tender was pleasant and helpful as usual. I have researched ALL MJ stores in Bend. Seeing a price creep, expected over time for sure and varying per product. Some shops charging truly outrageous prices. Dr. Jolly's seems to hold the line on that.

Updated review: From the time I first found this place until today, this was my all time favorite dispensary. Great people, good selection, and they took care of their roots: the medical community... Now, like so many dispensaries, the focus seems to have shifted... Wax Wednesday was one of the by far best deals, and, to me, kept Jolly's attached to their medical roots... What used to be a sale on most (but the cheapest, understandably) concentrates is now the same for both Med and Rec: ONE product for $5 off. I don't wear logo clothing... I refuse to pay to be advertising for companies... But I almost wore out my Jolly's shirt because I was proud of this organization and what it once stood for... Now, I'll be back to only plain shirts... Sad... And it's called "progress"?At least Substance (FKA Bloom Well) hasn't forgotten THEIR roots... And will now be my favorite Central Oregon Dispensary...Original Review: My favorite Central Oregon Dispensary by far! Awesome people!

this place Is really bad. rude customer service (how dare you speak to me with any disrespect when I'm the reason you have a job) I waited over 1 hour and called to check on an online order, and like a stereotypical stoner scenario they had no clue what was going on and I had to leave an number for them to call back. you are an absolute disgrace to this field and you don't even deserve a single star

I have been in several times and never a bad experience . Good bud tenders . The one Bud tender that sticks out the most for customer service and knowledgeable is Danyell Bowlin . She’s always nice friendly has a smile and willing to help if she doesn’t know the answer she will find somebody that will. I highly recommend Dr. Jolly’s anytime you’re in Bend Oregon .

First time to a brick and mortar dispensary. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Henry (Enrique) was our bud tender for the visit. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave us all the time we needed to browse and ask questions. Spent probably half an hour browsing all the goodies. Got great edibles, flower and concentrates. Price was good compared to what I'm used to from the delivery services. Will definitely visit again.

I have been going to this dispensary for a few years now. The bud quality is good but tends to be overpriced compared to other dispensaries with the same product. I tend to stick to flower so I couldn't comment much on the other products in the shop. They have some cool glass to look at as well. Being a third generation Bendite, I like all of the local stuff they tend to advertise. The reason I am giving them 2 stars is because of the average nature of the shop and declining quality of service. If I want something cheap, there's cheaper. If I want something good, there's better. The last few times I have been in as well, there are customers literally leaving the shop due to lack of adequate service. My fiancee and I watched 3 groups of customers behind us walk out just today. 3 potential clients, due to nothing other than lack of motivated and active employees. There were 3 employees working (very slowly) at the time but only 1 helping customers. The others looked to be counting or pricing products in cases, even after acknowledging that customers were in line with eye contact. After 10 minutes on a watch and no service to anyone, we were the 4th group to leave (a 5th group walked in and instantly out as we were driving out of the parking lot). This is no doubt a horrible business strategy as well as there are multiple dispensaries within two blocks of them that are less expensive and more prompt. After a few years, will not be going back due to overpriced product, lack of efficiency and very poor customer service.*** EDIT ***I am writing this response to the owner "Jolly" as an edited post so my public review can remain here for the public. As a third generation Bendite and Alternative Health practitioner/business owner myself, I think you will find my reviews not only honest and straightforward, but in the best interest of the community. First and foremost, I did not "catch" anyone or anything anywhere. This has been a consistent service issue. Secondly, having issues with shift changes and lack of ability to cover shifts for sick employees simply boils down to poor and innefective management. It also doesn't change the 3 (would be 5?) employees who were not working exactly 3 counters. Thirdly, yes, I appreciate your apology, but it is still an excuse for poor work ethic. I also, once again, see no point in personally messaging you as this is obviously a public review and should stay public for the community to REVIEW with honesty. I see no reason to change an honest review regarding factual performance issues. Sincerely,Jordan Mazariegos

Dr. Jolly's is incredible. The dispensary is bright, the staff is friendly, and the environment is welcoming. Have no fear walking into this shop! Make yourself a cup of coffee while the budtenders walk you through the extensive products they provide along with the helpful knowledge they posses. A destination in Bend for all 'canna-sseurs'!

I visited from North Dakota. I have been in the retail business since 1971. My experience at Dr. Jolly's was delightful. The staff is eager to help and very knowledgeable, therefore very well trained. The store has a professional and well-labeled product display in a first class setting. It is easy for me to recommend Dr. Jolly's.
