Overall Feedback:

I had a pleasant experience. The people were great. They were all very nice, very helpful. They didn't make me feel like we were cattle. ? They made me feel more at ease about having this procedure done. The clinic was nice and clean. There are 2 things i didn't care for. 1 of them was on my first visit, the room i was in was a little cold for me. But I understand the machines get hot and need to be in a cool environment, but it was a little to cool for me. ? The other thing is the lobby. It was a bit crowded. On my opinion, i think they need to find a better way of arranging it. But over all it was a very comfortable place to go for any eye procedure. Thank you to everyone there.
