Shady I called to be greeted by a really nice lady.I think her name was Shannon she was the owner.I placed an order and when I received my package the cartridges didn’t work and the edible was stale.The bud was 👌 But when I called back to voice my concern about the defected products the tables were turned.They yelled at me saying that they could not do a return and how hard it is to stay in business when all we do is returns.I thought you were there to help us?Not make a profitS!I feel like this company sets the bar pretty low when it comes to its attitude and how they treat people:If your products don’t work then find a new supplier or have a better process to ensure people are getting what they are paying for Shannon!
