Feedback:

I walked in the "manager" Kiersten, did not let me back because my paperwork was past thirty days even though the LAW states that it's 30-45 days before you get the card. She also didn't have her med badge visible. Which is also the LAW. The only way I know her name is asking another worker. I went there for pain relief and came out feeling worse due to stress.
