Paid for the order but it was never received. The online order said delivered. Tried to call multiple times and emailed but never received an answer so I don’t even know if they just never got the order. This was the location on Bear Valley. If the orders are unable to be fulfilled, it would be nice to communicate with the customers. I will not be ordering from here.

Pizza Guys is amazing fresh and very clean, customer service was on point. Definitely reccomend. The Mrs. And our daughter the whole family loved it. Our daughter picked out the spinach garlic chicken which was great actually my first time getting a white sauce pizza and I ordered the Pizza Guys combination. I think it's our new go to pizza place ingredients were fresh customer service was on point the store was very clean and they had cheese packets I know that sounds silly but sometimes the only have a little bit of cheese left at home and you smell the pizza and just wanna eat and I tell you what they had Parmesan Cheese packetsand he gave me about 10 packets (a lot of places never have cheese) and a free 2 litre bottle of soda so thank you everybody for your input ( before I gave this review I asked social media locally what there thoughts were on pizza and over 100 people responded and at least 80% reccomend The pizza Guys) will definitely be giving them a Google review as well as a Yelp review and I too agree with the majority of you that the pizza guys is one of my top 2 choices thanks again everybody have a great evening in a happy and safe Labor Day weekend

I am devastated by the way I have been treated today by this establishment .I ordered online for our children at home to have dinner delivered for approximately $30.00 on thier website which ALLOWED me to choose a delivery to Apple Valley AND charged my card for the order.I call the kids and get them all excited as they are there with the sitter while my husband and i are out of town , so they await the pizza and the gooey chocolate cookie ..yummy!5 minutes later I receive a call from a gentleman explaining that they dont deliver to Apple Valley YET.Naturally I ask why they allow me to order to this address and charge my card on their website if the service isnt currently available?He chuckles and states he doesnt know . I ask if theres any possibility that they can do a one time courtesy this time as that $30 was exactly all I had left on my card as we planned to use it for pizza for our children today as we are out of town and if they refund the money I wont have it available for days and this is the only way we can feed the children as planned. He asks if I want to speak to the owner and calls him .I can overhear the guy explaining the situation and that I want to speak to him and he firmly says NO and NO he wont do the one time courtesy as its almost 9 miles away so NO ! Just like that and the gentleman returns to the phone to say , he said No. Thats it ! I have literally no way to feed these kids, thought I had my ducks in a row when we planned this time to attend a wedding today . I cant believe after it clearly was a mistake on behalf of the Company and their website that still they were as rude and heartless as they were regarding this matter.

Ordered my food at 4:00. set an appointment to have my food delivered by 6:30. And for some reason it was still late and didn't receive the pizza till 6:46. And the pizza was cold my daughter at 6 years old was the first 1 to bite into a piece of pizza and said it was cold.... I was not very happy about that me and my wife took a bite and noticed the same thing.... This was our first time using them as a pizza delivery service and it will never happen again very expensive for cheap service...... No wonder there is only 1 of them in the whole high desert. I wish there were none in the high desert...... And the pizza does not look like the pictures shows...
