I'm a cannabis chef and I was impressed with the selection and quality. I do still find quality here but its mixed with no quality. Had a few awesome experiences and now few bad. The top shelf is great but lower can be uncured or out of date??? Soooo I have to say this because I'm a certified chef~ I bought granola bars which had saved my life 4 months prior from bad pain....well this time they where 1 year old minus 3 days! When I called guy immediately said as soon as I said I bought eattibles he says any eattibles are good for 1 year. I was horrified when I realized I was eatting stale coconut oil! Gross this is my utlimate worse I hate coconut oil that is rotten!!!!!! So he said bring it back of course~ As I feel its my duty to inform Even I should LOOK AT EXPIRATION DATE BEFORE EATTING ANY FOOD> But I trusted this new business always seems upto date so why this influx? Did we find it tucked in the cabinet or did we get them at discount? This is part of being a ligit business restocking and inventory require date checks. But since he wanted to reiderate the date issue..I would say this was a wing it deal he knew!...I do give 2nd and 3rd chances so I will be back...and I and a friend are working on a cannabis show to review cannabis stores in the area..I would give you a 5 before this gonna lower it to a 4 for lack of inventory control. And as a Cannabis Chef I would say 3 months is tops for any Cannabis infused food or candy to maintain quality. Since Owner went all the way to Amsterdam and knows gardening I'm sure he will learn the food business just as well! Good Luck Cheffette!

Have been a loyal customer for about a year now, recently purchased box of pre rolled joints. These joints were defective and would just burn without any smoke.Came to exchange it(i only used 1/2 of one joint out of the package) and they refused to do anything about it.Very disappointed in the service.

I always have a great experience here. They work so fast and give great advice on their products. I'm always in and out very quickly. The pricing is great and incredibly reasonable, with good variety even among their lower tier products. Parking is a little difficult the first time i went, but if you park 1 block away, there's enough street parking. I have made the flat my new go-to dispensary.

My favorite dispensary in SF so far. The quality of the bud is high, prices are fair and on the more affordable end. Service is great, was able to chat about specific strains, and offered good recommendations. The place is super clean with a nice aesthetic that matches Dogpatch. Will be in again soon.I picked up two strains on my first visit. I tried out the Blue Dream and was very pleased; it was a nice and balanced sativa. I was also recommended the Gamechanger, and it’s now probably one of my favorite strains. An indica dominant hybrid that really helps you mellow out and chill at the end of the day with really nice citrus notes.

No Attitude. Chill AFWhat a good neighborhood dispensary should look like. Low key, run and staffed by knowledgeable, friendly people. Flower prices are average, but value is high, owing to their high quality. Really good prices on Local Brand BHO and Rosin Concentrates. Selection is adequate, but not extensive. Cartridges are also priced on the low side. They seem to carry a very wide variety. Remarkably free of the self conscious hype and hubris of some other dispensaries. They don't presuppose you're fluent in the myriad industry slang, so staff are able to meet you at your level. .Check 'em. Super convenient. The T runs past their front door.
