Im a person with a lot of health problems & an IHSS worker & still yet I might end up forced to go to an assisted living facility because I cant find good quality doctors to be seen by.

I now give one star. The "supervisors" do not know anything either. I am at the point not to call la care again. I filled a complaint after they told me to call regal and didn't help me. They sent me a letter saying to call and then argued with me all the times about why I want the documents. Very lazy staff. Rather than just help you they get into arguments. They don't know anything or there own policy. 0 customer service.

UPDATE: I canceled my health plan on the phone in March because of the double charging. They promised they stopped my plan, but now I still receive their invoice for the ‘plan’ that not ever existing. Worst health insurance plan I’ve ever had! They made me pay for my plan in February 2020 on the phone without any payment confirmation and double charged me online. For this reason, I decided to cancel the health insurance plan from their company and they made this extremely hard for canceling. After being held on the phone 2h+ for every call, 30h+ in total (and still not able to cancel their plan) I feel this whole thing is a totally SCAM and I suggest you to avoid this company for any health insurance plan.

I originally submitted a claim to their grievances and appeals department in mid-Nov 2019. It's now March 2020 and I still haven't received any communication regarding my claim. I've followed up with them 4 times since and each time the associate told me they'd escalate the claim and email the department. I have never received follow-up.

AWFUL...GREAT Deceivers liers....I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY THAT I HAVENT SAID UPSET OVER THE PHONE....JUST THAT THEY... NEVER NEVER NEVER FIX OR FIND SOLUTION TO A PROBLEM...SAME ROUTINE SAME APOLOGY AND LEAVES YOU WITH EVEN MORE ANXIETY AND STOMACH PAIN THAN BEFORE JUST TO GET THROUGH THE WASTEFUL PHONE CALL NOT RESOLVING ANYTHING JUST READING THROUGH NOTES......

They give me the run around with doctors. I need a NEUROLOGIST and they give me a Brain Surgeon for 10 years. Sending me from one doctor to another. When they call me to take a survey we have questions but they won't answer any of them. Also for 10 years I keep signing an authorization for my mother to speak for me, every time my Mother calls to get some help for me they say that there is nothing saying that she can speak for me. So nothing can be done to help me. They won't even pay for a pair of glasses so I can see(I am partiality blind) , they will pay for the eye doctor. No Dental care for adults. Again they will take the xrays but they won't do the work. Where does the name L.A Care come from? There name should be L.A Doesn't Care. I was recently prescribed a shot for my migraine headaches they paid for the medicine but not the needles?P.S.Your so called calling does nothing. You just like making things harder for the citizens not for the people from other countries. Try hiring people who speak English first to take care of us not other languages first. When I call they answer in other languages not English.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED - HORRIBLEJust signed-up this year, my son became ill and reached-out to anybody from this plan, but to my surprise, they are not 24 hrs. I've been looking for a clinic for two days and NOBODY KNOWS WHO THE HEALTH PLAN IS OR THEY DON'T ACCEPT IT. I called customer service, asked to speak to a supervisor and they send me to a voice mail. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO SIGN-UP FOR THIS PLAN!!!

Inhumane- discrimination- experiment - we aren't even patients - we are specimens still same rotten system only now disguised as equal insurance. Every facility teaching facility different doctors and retaliation for complaints filed - this organization violates human rights and medical law and ethics - it seeks to use the poor as a means for treatment for those who have . From drugs to surgery to biological experiments it is the poor who pave treatment for the wealthy as we are not entitled nor financially solvent to receive the very treatment our lives produce. They rank themselves fair that's a D in grades and this is human life - they themselves go somewhere where the grade would be A as they are entitled. 1.8 wow thats with Google's constant erasure? - 99 my ranking

This company cares about themselves not their clients. They send me to brainsergens not to a neroligest which is what I need. It takes them more than a year to get an appointment. When I need a medication they say no so I have to be in pain for days with a migraine. The name should be changed to LA Doesn't Care. We only take care of the rich not the disabled.

The worst network of incompetent doctors. And beware, this company doesn't pay their hospital bills on your behalf. They let patients bills go unpaid.Make sure your account doesn't go to collections as a result.
