Eh. Good times and bad times here. Security can be aweful and violent. Bathroom is unspeakably Dirty. Got accused if stealing here when I didn't. The security pushed me to the ground as tried to leave after refusing to let them search my bag. I told them to call the police they would not. After pushing me to the ground forcefully not letting me leave. They made me dump the contents of my backpack on the ground in front of everyone and search my person. Once they realized I hadn't stolen anything I asked for the phone number to corporate, they refused and told me I was banned from the store for life. Wow.

This is Definitely one of the cleanest & Friendly Safeways that I've been to! Bathroom is always clean,which is a big deal! They have some good deals, and a good selection, pretty much the typical Safeway stuff, ya know, with a little bit more of the high end or Healthy style foods! The main reason for the 5 stars is the clean restrooms and the Friendly Staff!

it would be nice to have their website and their phone of the store hours updated. wasted my time and money going down there to hear that they are not open till 6am. Guard lies to me saying its because of the curfew. Total lie!!!! Their website says open at 5am, when u call for their store hours, it says 5am. i would suggest before going to call them to see if their open.

I love this Safeway, during normal times this store stays open 24hrs. There is a cast of characters that work here ranging from neurotic to well adjusted. Not to mention the late night shoppers and the antics they're responsible for. The place is dog friendly, I have never been on the wrong side of a complaint about my dog or any of her dog friends. Post Corona they only stay open til 11 but you can buy liquor right up until then. This Safeway rocks. The one complaint I do have is about the butcher shop. Yeah the guy that runs it has some serious issues. He doesn't know how to be polite and or respectful. He seems to always have an attitude about something and I have caught him trying to overcharge me twice. Avoid that part of the store and you'll have a pleasant experience.

Its prices are better than wh, but that's not saying much, as the selections are different. The lines can be long and slow moving at the checkout stands, especially at self checkout.The steam table Chinese food looks appetizing for about 15 seconds, then it starts to look awful and dehydrated.The security guards aren't effective at all, so they have armed police sometimes later in the evening and night. It's sort of intimidating, however, I understand the need to stop petty thievery, especially by the school children and homeless.

This is a Very good Store for your Fruits and Veggies . They have probably the largest selections of Soups and Canned goods like Peaches and Pears . I especially love their Frozen foods selections . My Very Favorite is their low Priced selection on Hagen Daas Ice creams . This store always has Sales on ice Creams . You can buy ice cream here for only Half of what these little neighborhood stores sell it for .My Normal grocery bill is about $175.00 for Two weeks . I also have Safeway's Club Card too . Which helps on me saving $30.00 to $45.00 each time . Since I take a Lyft car here for my shopping it's Very convenient for me .

Excellent Quality. Yes it's a little pricey but, that's what you pay for. In Comparison to Foods Co, there's not even a debate on the Quality, Variety, Staff👍🏽💜😘💛💙. The produce is always fresh and top selection. Only places like Whole Foods or Trader Joe's can rival...(Meant as a compliment)Graded: A+

I just wanted to thank all the Safeway employees at the store you were all wonderful Lily in the self-service and Samantha the manager I’m disabled and the senior citizen I really appreciate your help I’m not talking about the security of the store separate company but all the Safeway employees all of you need a really good raise thank you for your hard work and difficult work.

I placed an order online for the first time 2 hours later, 45 minutes on hold and I am STILL waiting for either my order or an update from customer service. The store isn’t any different. Huge long lines seem to be the norm. Constantly flooded with homeless people and drug users getting high in the parking lot no matter what time of the day it is constantly harass people for money.

I don't know if this is a San Francisco thing, but this store had a lot of homeless people hanging around. I was visiting and my friend took me to this particular location and I really was not a fan of this store. It was boxes everywhere and broken bottle on one of the aisle and not that clean. It was late and I believe this location was open 24 hours. If it was up to me, I would have passed by just from the way the outside looked and went elsewhere.
