Eaze came out of the gate strong and with a chance at dominating the cannabis delivery game. Unfortunately, like all the others, they soon we're unable to keep up with demand and became just another failed venture. Their payment options change as much as their menu, and their selection is reminiscent of a time when dealers were only able to offer what they could get their hands on just to stay in business. All of this is moot when you consider they are a delivery service which frequently is unable to provide deliveries due to lack of drivers. What used to take 30 minutes now takes up to 2 hours, often times with expected delivery times being extended. I had *high* hopes when they first came to the area, but now it seems that they are no better than any other rink-a-dink delivery service. Perhaps they should have spent the money on paying drivers instead of the elaborate billboard campaign they started with. Thank goodness the market is competitive and there are other options. Eaze could have been something, they could have been a contender...

Terrible product and worse customer support They falsely advertise shake as "whole flower" Very long wait times and is overpriced Their employees don't even know about cannabis and they don't have a call number.After being on a chat for 2 and a half hours they didn't resolve any of the issues I had Please consider another and way better dispensary anything will be better than this

I remember when the company was first starting off and it seems pretty reasonable but with all the competition out there now I noticed that you guys got more expensive with the taxes. With other companies I ordered from the taxes aren’t that high so I’m curious on how you guys are calculating this because what is a $50 order becomes a $80 order that does not make any sense I think the taxes are a little too high or you guys should include the taxes in price. When I see 20$ in taxes it makes people not even want to order anything from you guys. There is a lot of competition out there so I think I will probably not use you guys anymore

The absolute most corrupt company. Save your money and skip ordering from them. Over priced and honestly your running the risk of throwing that money down the toilet. I’ve now ordered TWO completely empty cartridges from them. Which they will only give store credit to replace. And when talking to customer service about getting a REFUND not a credit I was met with attitude and disrespect. Plus I had to repeat my story to each new representative who helped me (which there where three) proving to me they have ZERO communication. They refused to refund the money for the order, only credit my account. The funny part is they make it so that if I want to use this “credit” I have to inevitably spend more? Just do me a favor and save your money. I know about 15 other people who use this app who agree with what I’ve stated, they are corrupt, money hungry, and unprofessional and none of us will spend our money here again. I’ve now made it my goal to let as many people know about this before they have the same thing happen to them. You know, I’m fairly understanding and after the first time I was willing to chalk it up to them having a bad day but how they handled it moving forward, proved to me they weren’t worth giving my money too. Either just make the drive to your nearest club or if you can get a cannabis card and support a legitimate dispensary who knows what they are going (most deliver)

I ordered weed from you guys maybe two times and week, and it might come out to $200 per week. I do not appreciate your driver coming to my home with his attitude, saying that I have an attitude. His job is to drop weed off not to criticizes customers. If I do not receive an apology from him, I will take my $200 elsewhere. I have updated my review below. I really like this company. One of my orders did not go through with my credit card and I thought that it was their issue but it was totally mine. Then they gave me $20 off of my next order in the app which was awesome. And gave me these cool kaleidoscopic glasses for when I’m drooling on my bed. Thanks I appreciate the good service

Placed order at 6pm. After an hour they had an estimated delivery of 9:05-9:30. At 9:00 they pushed it to 9:35-9:45. At 9:30 it was pushed to 10:05-10:30. At 10:20 they said my delivery was on its way. Then as it said my order was arriving, five minutes later I receive a text saying that my order could not be fulfilled by my driver. I would have preferred a straight, “sorry, we can’t fulfill order” at the beginning and would have been fine but having my ordered constantly pushed was frustrating. I don’t recommend this company because I know this isn’t the first time this has happened. Wanted to give them a chance especially since their whole deal is delivery. Don’t waste your time and money.

Ive been a customer of them for years now and used to order from them regularly because they used to have daily deals that really helped with prices. However the lack of deals, substandard customer loyalty and ever increasing minimum cart rate, which used to be $25, has made Me take my business elsewhere until they (hopefully) figure out how to manage it better.

Been trying to purchase weed for 3days now. I waited for my order to find out that my account was suspended all because I didn’t receive any calls/texts than when I try to figure out how to get my account unsuspended I have to contact some on a via chat line so I did and waited for the guy to text back it took him over 10min once he responded I was told that I would have to wait 24/48hours for someone else to review my case this shop is doing to much I submitted my I’d just to be told I have to confirm again over the phone and then once they get to my house I have to show my I’d again this is stressful and overwhelming i am just trying to relieve my stress but this damn place is causing more

Extremely high taxes, delivery fees, bud is average at best. Nothing indoors and outdoor runs about 35 plus an eighth. So many clubs are offering so much more. Example I had a 20 dollar credit today and getting an 8th would still cost 32 dollars. Meaning if I didnt use the 20 credit, an 8th would be 50-qtr 100-half Oz 200- ounce 400, holy cow! Why do people still support this group. Half Oz are everywhere for under 70.

Awful service, awful support, faulty products, high taxes, and ALWAYS a huge time commitment. Bad company. Look elsewhere. It's not worth the time. It never is. Long delays and cancellations are the most likely thing you will get with your order. Every order is delayed or cancelled. Help department can't help with anything. Taxes are much higher than at a physical store. Finally, their products are often faulty. I have gotten like 4 cartridges that wouldn't work at all. So fun to wait 5 hours to get a broken cartridge. Love that. Makes my day. It's just a huge ordeal every single time. It's like back in the day when you had to call some random guy and meet him at some random place and it was hard to get the timing right and often took quite a while. It's like THAT, except Eaze doesn't care and just cancels the order or says it's delayed by 90-150 minutes, 10 minutes before delivery. Couple that with needing to drive out of a school zone to the grocery store to even GET my delivery, and it means they waste a lot of time, gas, and sanity on every order. Or, I get to enjoy an indefinite amount of time in a parking lot. Hurray! My favorite. If you like frustration, time loss, and wild reductions in sanity then Eaze is the company for you. If you like getting herb quickly at lower prices, go to literally any store and see how much better the experience is. Some stores CAN be more expensive but most will have cheaper options and they will not have anywhere near the taxes and fees that Eaze charges. Most stores I go to also include the taxes in their nice round numbers and only charge a straight $25 even or something similar. If they don't, the taxes are closer to 10% maybe 20% depending on the store. My $50 order goes to $55 or maybe $60. That's not bad especially since most stores have special deals for first time customers, online orders, and store events. Taxes and fees from Eaze are about 40% minimum, sometimes up to about 60%. For reference, that means a $50 order is going to cost you $70-$80 with all the taxes and fees. Also, that's if you give the driver NO TIP. Add in the tip and now it's more like 70% more than the listed price in the menu. Just spare yourself the trouble. Find a good store, and you will never miss Eaze.
