I have had nothing but excellent service from BrightStar Care S. San Fernando Valley. I need rides to and from doctor appointments, but I have one very critical need...the vehicle must be a sedan, or have a bottom closer to the ground than an SUV,, van, or truck, as I'm physically unable to get up into an SUV, van, or truck This is hard to find, but BrightStar Care can and does. Their employees are trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable, and always take good care of me and my needs.

My Mother recently had surgery and was bedridden for 3 months. As a paraplegic with special needs, John Mason and BrightStar Care provided the best home care imaginable. All of their staff was kind, compassionate and extremely helpful in taking care of all my Mother's needs. Because of the positive and uplifting environment created by all of those involved in her recovery, i.e. staff and office personnel, I truly believe that was the reason that my Mother recovered as quickly as she did! I would strongly recommend BrightStar for the care of your loved ones.

Having worked in hospitals and in home hospice for years, it was refreshing to work with John Mason and to be part of the crew. In my two years that I worked for him he was always professional and there never any discrepancies during my tenure there. It was a pleasure working with John and his amazing team..

I've known John Mason for years, and know that anyone who joins Brightstar Care will be getting the same love and friendliness that he has shown me. His video feeds come up every so often on my feed and the response from his team is always a great uplift of positivity to my day. Taking care of an elderly loved one is not easy. So when John from Brightstar care was recommended to me I made sure to check him out. His attentiveness to detail is impressive. His warmth and care is so genuine and his staff is super sweet and helpful. I am so grateful to have been referred to him and know that my loved one is in great hands thanks to John and The Brightstar CareTeam

John Mason who owns this BrightstarCare(it's a franchise) was so lovely to work with. My mom was having trouble remembering things but she's otherwise in good shape and desperately wanted to stay in her house, but needed some extra help a few days a week. John came out with an RN to do an evaluation.. They answered all our questions and figured out the perfect caregiver to send. My mom has been so happy with the lady John sent. She's so patient, and just there for my mom when i can't be.
