I come to this location frequently and normally have a good experience. This is only the reason I'm not posting a 1-star. Today's service though was just absolutely terrible. The associate that was helping me was quite rude and short with me. I'm not the most experienced when ordering cannabis, so I had some questions about CBD and was interested in Sativa as well. And the only response she gave me was "I'm asking you which one you want?!". Well, I wasn't sure because she didn't explain anything. I'm not sure what her problem was, but she was completely unprofessional throughout the entire process.I'm disappointed because I enjoyed going to this place until I dealt with this particular associate. It's just really unfortunate, really hoping to see if I'll get a response to this.Thanks,- Stuart

Today was my first time at Eggs Canna and it will definitely not be my last! Amazing customer service and quality product. I had a few questions and the supervisor was extremely knowedgable and helpful. Highly recommend stopping by for your 420 needs! 4

I have always liked eggs canna. The store and staff are super deluxe. They are doing the best they can with the product Lower prices and better quality bud please. What do you think about the packaging design? I'd say modernize.

Really nice and helpful staff. But the product is expensive and unfortunately not up to standard. Ive been a frequent customer since the re-opening, shrugging at the various degrees of quality because the lack of other options. But I will not be going here anymore after my most recent purchase. It's disappointing paying premium price for a defective product, and being told to call a 1-800 # to do anything about it.

been to this place numerous times. feels/looks extremely luxurious, displays are very well organized and clean.i love how the staff is well dressed and is very knowledgable on their products. it felt like walked into a lobby of a hotel tbh.in terms of price they are indeed premium but the packaging is so well done that it makes up for the cost.the first thing i noticed when i first walked into the store was that there was no overwhelming weed smell (none if i can say so myself) and thats very pleasant to me. i realize its sort of contradictory that for those who smoke/vape weed that you should expect an overwhelming weed smell right when you walk into the store but sometimes the smell is so strong that you don't want to be in the store for more than 5min but that goes for the same any place that has an overwhelming scent

Bit upset with the company at the moment as I received a coupon at a 420 event which I was specifically told at the event had no expiration date. Knowing this I still went the following month to purchase using the coupon. I was actively encouraged not to use the coupon at that time by the staff present, because I was purchasing so little that it would be a waste of a limitless coupon with no expiration. at this time, in location, I was again told No Expiration Date. So I decided to save up and make a large purchase in the future to get the most of the discount. Today I went to the Main Street location and was told by the exact same staff member, that my coupon had expired... really disappointed they were not able to offer much help after going back on their word.
