Feedback:

We purchased a small cooler box for a family member and they ended up not using it . So to avoid and misunderstandings I did go in to ask if there is a possibility to return it and the cashier lady said it was ok . When I went to return it , showed the recite and explained that it wasn't used the lady who was the Manager or Supervisor for that Sunday morning shift as she claims was very rude and she even said that they lady who told you to come back and to return it was incorrect ?! I am sorry are we playing a game here and are you calling her a liar ?Very unprofessional
