Feedback:

Small museum with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I learned lots about the African Americans of Beacon Hill and enjoyed the historic setting of the museum (beautifully preserved historic school and meeting house). My only complaint is that the National Park service needs to fund this museum better. A great exhibit on the life and portraits of Frederick Douglass, but I was disappointed at the lack of actual portraits and other artifacts. The park service should procure more original works for its exhibits because it deserves it!
