I'm not what you would call a regular here. I have, however, shopped here on occasion. The thing about this place I like is, a) it's a quaint building, and unassuming. And b) the concentrates are usually high quality, great smell, and excellent clarity on the shatter. Prices are decent, however the selection of Co2 and distillates are limited to carts. I'd love to see some syringes, there are companies that wholesale theirs, terpy goodness. I'd shop her more frequently if they carried 1 g syringes of Co2 or distillate. I'd recommend this place for the staff, low turnover leads to happy employees.

Don’t go if you’re from out of state. Got turned away because my ID wasn’t scanning so they thought my ID was fake. Didn’t even give me the chance to prove it/provide second form. Ruined my day for not caring. Spent my $200 elsewhereResponse to response: I shouldn’t have to carry anything other than my Missouri State issued drivers license. Fix your electronics, you’re obviously losing customers.

Went to stop by, couldn't find it at first, it certainly comes off as a residence and not a business. Anyway, I pulled in, noticed a male employee sitting right out front, door wide open, as he was puffing a cigarette. Those of us that do not smoke, appreciate when people that do smoke respect our health. I can only imagine, had I actually walked in, what it would have smelled like (an ashtray, a mix between cannabis and tobacco?). In any case, I took my money to a business that has standards for the establishment current and prospective customers are about to enter. It's very unfortunate, even with state laws, businesses continue to allow employees to smoke closer than the 25 feet from the entrance permitted.

Shame to have to write this review, as I've enjoyed going to this place over the past few weeks. However, when the employees say that their debit/credit card machine will be up and running "in a few days" and you return multiple weeks later with it still not working, causing you to have to use their atm with fees, it ruins the experience. False promises are worse than lying in my opinion.

Terrible visit. Be sure to double check the price and count your change. The bud tender barely spoke to me, ignored me when I ordered so I had to repeat myself multiple times. Finally dumbed it down and ordered one thing at a time. Then the bud tender (bearded max) took my coupons but didn’t give me the discounted price. He even attached the coupons to my reciept so it’s not like it was easy to forget. I didn’t notice until I left and then had to go back. Took about a half hour to get me my rightful money back. I don’t want to think the dude was purposely forgetting the coupon because the experience was already bad for both of us but I also don’t think he was just stupid or didn’t know. And how can you forget a coupon when you have the coupon right there and then you attach it to a receipt where you did not apply said coupon. The other bud tender asked HIM a question at one point which shows he has been there long enough to know the business. The person I was with and I were overcharged over $30 total over 2 transactions. Overall terrible experience. Will never be back.

Called in today to see if they had their 10 dollar grams of concentrate deal going on. Was told yes. Upon arriving I was told they ran out and I could either buy the premium concentrate at regular price or come back later. I turned to leave and one of the Male bartenders laughed. I used to shop here frequently, and have brought many friends here aswell. I wont be coming back and will suggest my friends dont either.

This place is quite the discovery! They have the best deals I've personally ever seen and their staff consists of truly A-grade individuals. I discovered this dispensary when I was experiencing peak kidney stone pain and was barely able to drive myself to the closest store in order to get some CBD medication. Well, they were the closest store and when I arrived I was in so much pain that I could hardly function (the stronger medicine I had been sent home with from the ER hadn't kicked in yet.) The representative I worked with could not have been more sympathetic and empathetic to my experience, and sold me the best CBD product I have ever taken. The Atlus CBD pills. That was actually my first time taking it to treat real pain, and it truly did help me to calm my mind and body down in the midst of acute pain. I was so grateful for the product and the service I received (read: care, love, authenticity, human decency) that I continued to go back and always have had a positive experience. When your pet passes away and they remember and ask you how you're doing days or weeks later, you know you've found a place worth supporting <3 Thank you, Elements, for being you <3

Honestly I was not impressed at all with the wax and “shatter” that I bought the other day. The two shatters had decent stability but were both dark in color and barely smelled like anything. Tasted like butane. Then the wax I got was literally poop soup (could barely hit without gagging). The live resin was decent at best.. I feel bad leaving this review, but I’ve never bought anything at a dispensary that I was this let down by. 3 stars is being nice I’d say. Hopefully just a bad batch or something temporary for them.

At first it was nice shopping at elements! But then a new staff member was being rude & disrespectful. I spoke to Bo about this person's rudeness. Bo stated he would have a talk with him. But the rudeness did not stop. So I tried talking to this rude person. But when I called him on his rudeness he got butt hurt & stated I was band from elements. I called management about the problem. She stated I was not band & was leaving me a discount card at the desk for the next time I come in. When I went back there was no discount card. Then a couple of days later. Management from elements called she had changed her mind & decided to band me.So if u want to be yelled at & band for not wanting to put up with the rudeness go to elements. The thing is they just lost my business. I'm sure they will loose more business over this rude person. My money is good everywhere else. So i won't do without. They still have a rude problem. That's not good business They are not the only Dispensary in town.

Nasty, run down building that smells like cigarettes. The enternece makes you feel like your walking into a strip club. Walls with cracking paint, a parking lot with not very visible parking lanes, and then to top it off the prices are a little steep. This place is one that will make you feel really uncomfortable, awkward, and unwelcomed. I’d highly recommend looking at some other reputable, caring, and trustworthy dispensary’s around town. This HOUSE doesn’t make the cut when you think ‘Dispensary’
