I must say that the customer service is very good. They always verify your order before delivery to make sure that there are no issues. Even when there is a problem they solve it right away. I bought a new pen battery and it failed after about a week. With no hesitation they offered to exchange it free of charge when the next driver was in the area. That's good service!

Just wanted to add to my review with all the new up grades. I love the new website and the new packaging. They are so professional for a delivery service. For lil bit I was using another place cus they sold by the oz but they where just horrible. I'm glad I came back to these guys. Their prices are always so reasonable. I'm sticking with them for all my ordering needs. Keep up the extraordinary work you guys.

I have been using Elevated for close to three years now. They are the most kind, caring, compassionate individuals I have ever met. Recently, they stopped selling a product that I always relied on that worked great for me after many trial and errors.After crying on the phone from anxiety of having to try something different and not knowing if it will work, Amanda was incredible and helped calm me down. With her help, we selected a couple of new items for me to try, and once ready to head out, she talked with Abel and they might be able to do a special order of the product I use for future uses. Just to know that they care this much about my well being, and that I get what I need in order to keep my stress and anxiety down, it's something I wasn't expecting, though they showed me and restored my faith in humanity.They are the most amazing group ever, I appreciate everything you guys do for me. They lie!!! Do not trust this company!!! Waste of money!!!Watered down cartridges !!!! The manager clearly stated he does not care about his patients... he has thousands... they will jack you! you’re better off spending full price and getting the right product! For sure without a doubt this company is watering down their cartridges. They’re basically cutting the product and adding a filler! It’s not even half the strength of a regular cartridge. Don’t trust this company go to the other elevated !!! this manager is like going to run that store into the ground!!! Take care all !

Don’t trust this company!!!! Look at the bubbles in your cartridges they run up and down like water, if you get it from a good source, it don’t do that !!!! I had a long conversation with the Manager. He clearly stated he has thousands of patients and does not care to make things right. What I believe they’re doing is watering down the cartridges, that’s their house cartridge, and others... I am highly experienced in the quality of these cartridges; they’re selling water down cartridges!!! They’re basically cutting that product in half and that’s why they sell it for 40 instead of the regular 70.00 !!!!! Don’t trust this company!!!!

This place has been nothing but excellent to me. I’ve been ordering for a few months now and they have never failed me on their products. I even had a small issue recently and they handled and corrected it professionally and with a smile over the phone. They are definitely my go to for delivery and their prices are much better than normal dispensaries. Thank you guys for making it easier and more convenient to get my medicine.

They make it quick and easy when your in a rush. Or take the time to talk to you about recommendations when your just not sure. Delivery is super fast and knowing the eta when there close is great. Bless up Amanda and the Manager for taking care of me ❤️, they will return or swap out whatever you might not like, So don’t watch the prices and spend your money carelessly !!! That sour Hawaiian leaf is a must have, they sent me a free sample of “ THE GITTLEZ “ hybrid and it’s the highest thing ever. It gets u there real fast lol ..

I have been purchasing products from this company for over a year now, and I cannot begin to tell you how much this group of humble humans has become my hero's. I have struggled with fibromyalgia for YEARS and have been unable to find may things which give relief from a pain that yes, even having my hair in a pony tail won't help. But they have not only helped me make it fast and easy, but also help tailor my order on the days where it's unbearable. Capsules, tinctures, and vapes, I don't think I'll ever need anyone else!
