I used to love coming here. I haven’t been here in a while but wanted to support them again. Well, not again. My husband called and asked if they had a clone and they said there was one left. The gentleman said he would hold it if we were coming today. I had an appointment and told them I would come in today. Well, I did just as we said and drove 30 minutes to find out they sold it. Very poor customer service. The owner is amazing but the staff today sealed the deal, I won’t be back.

Hello everyone I just went to Elevation I'm at member there till today went to buy flower I was going to use my Rewards member card and didn't accept it and charge me full price that my only issue sorry and thanks for that last service If any one want to get better stuff than here Go and try The Green House I'll bet you like it better

I went for lunch break joint. It was so good I found myself staring into a computer screen. The service was very fast. The bud tenders are very friendly. I’ll be stopping by for another joint.

Just wanted to take a minute and give Elevations a much deserved shout out. It doesn’t matter when you go in, you’ll always get the best product and the best price but it’s the customer service that stands out to me. I’ve been going in for about three years and the dispensary is always managed perfectly by Vanessa and Audi. When you go back and get your medicine you’ll find a knowledgeable staff like Summer, Joel, or Robert ready to help. Elevations is pro Veteran as well, If you’re a medical card holder looking for a dispensary, look no more, Elevations is hands down the best in town!

The peeps at elevation are hands down some of the coolest I’ve met. Always so helpful in selection and just cool. I was using another dispensary, but found elevations to have a much better selection. If you are looking for a place with great service and phenomenal product...search no more! Shout out to Teresa, Rob, and the rest of the crew!! Elway (my service dog) loves it here too!!

For a “Medical Only” place, you should have that in a more obvious place than a written sign on the door. For those that come to visit the town from out of state and are staying in hotels close by, it’s really annoying and inconvenient to find this out after getting to the front door... thanks for ruining my trip to your store with this.

The last three times I had to correct them on how much they charged and misweigheghed the last time givig me a 1/8 instead of a quarter, what I paid for. Today specifically I was over charged 29 dollars and their solution? For me to buy the most expensive strand for $30 for an 8th witch I took because I was in a hurry. Will be Looking for a possible new dispensary.
