Horrible dispensary, they do not care about new patients, staff is rude. I never thought I would come across a dispensary that will deny a registered Illinois Cannabis Patient access to medicine, but this dispesary did just that. I went immediately after to Rise in Mundelein and was welcomed with friendly arms and I got my medicine. If Rise is too far goto Greenhouse in Deerfield like 10 min away from Highland Park and they are great also. I will never go back to Elevele .

Awful prices, awful selection, 1 eighth per day limit per patient. Don’t waste your time. Your response doesn’t change anything. Patients have a 2 1/2 ounce limit for 14 days. That’s 20 eighths. I guess they just assumed that you were going to drive to the dispensary 20 days in a row, or they want you to go to other dispensaries and spend your money there. Either way, this place is trying to play it off as if it’s only one eighth per day because of the pandemic, when it’s clearly not. Look at other dispensaries such as NAC and you will see that their inventory is about five times as large, and there are no limits on how much you can purchase per day.

This place WAS great, USED to have great selection, employees are still nice but management is an absolute joke. I was givin the complete wrong product by mistake and when it came to my attention either management or the owner refused to let me return it and get my actual desired product. They decided to waste MY money over THEIR mistake which to me is a clear sign they don’t care what so ever about their patients, they only care about the money your bring to them or that they will find a way to take. Their management is a joke and if THEY mess up what you order believe me they will do nothing to make it right.

Veronica is an awesome person and great owner. The staff is nice and knowledgeable.Their manager Paul is horrible. He takes no responsibility for his mistakes and blames the system for problems. Ever since the other manager left things just don't get done. They should look to remove him

Cramped check in area, uncomfortable waiting area seating, where they have strain information about strains they don't even stock. High prices, especially compared to Greenhouse Deerfield. Uniformed staff, example, I asked about the strain they were heavily suggesting to me, yet couldn't tell me about the strain aside from, it's good, you'll like it. If you're going to suggest a strain, (1) know what it treats, (2) known side effects. I'm done with Elevele, went back to Greenhouse Deerfield. Bye Elevele

Horrible service. Waited for over an hour while they kept telling me There were no available agents to help me, meanwhile there were at least 3 workers not doing anything or helping anyone. They kept letting more people in while not even helping the customers they already had waiting. I will never be returning. This is the north shore; they are NOT up to par with the type of area they are in and it’s horrible. I had better service at a dispensary on the south side of Chicago.

I've been there few times and I'm like 89% completely done with this place.. I only come if no other products at any other dispensary and with the shortages going on they really don't seem to care about their patients having lives.. Their preorder site is bull considering that if you order there's chance they will sell ur preorder before u get there.. Like they did today.. People drive far specially with the storage and they so are thirsty for money they cannot hold one product for a patient till the end of business.. Plus they do not tell u they cannot fill your order until you get there.. Seriously they need to switch their system.. People work if they preorder and their name is on a specific product no one else should get that product!!! I would not recommend based on that

Elevele Dispensary is ABSOLUTELY the best.The owners are extremely friendly and so is the all of the reps that take your order. The owners are there and HANDS on! The best move I ever made since day 1..The pharmacy is all about helping patients, much more than becoming a mill and ONLY worried about $$$$$. The prices are very reasonable and the selection of everything they have is in stock! You have to come in 1 time and you’ll see what I mean.👍Keep up the Excellent work!!!!

Elevele is my favorite dispensary I've ever been to. The staff is always kind and attentive. They never run out of what I need. They stay stocked up and they always have a lots of options. Everyone is also very educated in the field and willing to share the knowledge. They make it feel like a community. I have had nothing but great experiences. You guys rock!!

My bf referred me here (since I’m a new patient) and I’ve been to two other dispensaries; I was a little weary at first. I sat in the waiting room a couple times as a visitor- very relaxing and had knowledgeable Literature everywhere, not that you have time to read it because the wait time is slim to none 👌 I went on a Weds. staff was friendly and made me feel relaxed and not rushed out the door. The medicinal quality I Picked up from Elevele I couldn’t get at any other dispensary, the best live resin sauce and not to mention all the 1/8ths and ounces you can get ya hands on 🔥 wouldn’t want to go anywhere else because I received what I asked for and couldn’t be happier . Keep up the great work- there’s a reason why you have two Consistent patients right here!
