Feedback:

Buyer Beware!!! Terrible Product + Service. The product peeled up not once but twice. We had to have American Floor Coatings out to fix huge chunks peeling up from the floor ranging in size from 6" to the size of a watermelon. (Please see attached photos for visuals of the issues we had). It peeled up again after the 2nd installation. Each time the floor pulled up within days of installation. We texted, called, emailed and NO response; we were ignored by both Elite Crete (Ed) and American Floor Coatings. (Anthony). We filed complaints with BBB but they never responded. Do not trust this company, they stole thousands of dollars and our floor would have been best to leave it bare concrete. Unrelated to our installation; they also post photos of birds caught in their epoxy. We realize things happen on the job but posting photos of the birds dying in the expoxy on social media is disgusting and shows the integrity of this company.
