Contacted this agency. Here's what you need to know:Among other things, this agency addresses and eliminates barriers to employment for persons with disabilities (or other barriers such as criminal convictions). However, they can only take clients who come via referral through state or federal programs, such as Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS).The MRS program has an intake process which includes meeting with a vocational counselor and providing evidence of eligibility. Once completed, MRS gives you a referral (your golden ticket) which allows Elite Career Solutions to begin looking for suitable employment.I like what this agency stands for. And, I appreciate owner: Dorian J., personally reaching out to me. People, such as myself, call in the hope that Elite Career Solutions can assist them and his response demonstrates that he cares not just about the success of the company, but about creating individual successes for those who do contact Elite.
