Feedback:

Lovely front office staff and sales person. Everyone else in the process was brash and never at fault for the calamity of errors that incurred during our build process. Multiple things were not installed correctly that I had to ask more than once to be corrected, including having them come after our build was completed and we had closed on our house. (Example: we put in a Heat pump system as we were sold that it would be significantly more efficient. It certainly is now that it is actually turned on 2 1/2 months later.)Furthermore, we never received a final bill for our HVAC system until a month and a half after closing due to an error in their system. Again, it was always on myself that errors occurred and there was never any leniency for their errors nor was there any consideration for a lowering of cost for anything.The name Elite is misleading re: customer service and install.
