If you are looking for flower this is not the place to go. I have stopped by this shop twice in the past week and they had no flower .Both times I stopped by within an hour of your store opening. Both times I was told to come back the next day because you were getting a delivery in the morning. I was informed by the gentlemen that helped me the first and only time I was able to buy flower from this store that coming first thing in the morning is best because you will have more product available than later in the day.

Hailey will forever and always be my favorite associate of Emerald City Wellness. The professionalism and customer service she shows to each and every patient is exemplary beyond imagination. She is patient, she is attentive to the needs of her patients and is truly so sincere about her drive in the cannabis industry. Even on days I don't necessarily need to stock up, I will stop by Emerald City just to have a chat and see how she's doing, and to get some of her good vibes for the rest of my day. She has taken care of me in more ways that just a budtender, she is a real person, who is genuinely happy about helping others. Thanks for the exemplary service from this fine establishment. -CW

My husband the weed Thor, was inside getting some medicine and I went inside because it started healing. This blonde woman came out with a nasty attitude asking me if she could help me but not in a very nice way. She acted like she thought it was some homeless person or something trying to get away from the hail. She went back in. My husband came out to get a little more money because he was going to get more items and she caught an attitude and said he couldn't get money from me. According to weed Thor the flower all smells like grass and the only reason he was there in the first place is because it's Sunday and a lot of places are closed. You've lost his business for the future

This place used to be nice and helpfull and always willing to help a medical marijuana patient out any way regardless of there situation until i recently shoped at there store in 2019. i was asked about my rating review on weedmaps in a very rude way about why i only gave 4 star review. after explaining my answer . i picked up a 1gram of shatter at a weedmaps review discount . the guy with the plugs told me were not gonna honer the weedmaps review anymore in a rude way in front of customers .like im not welcome here anymore . so i wont be going there anymore . theres better and kind dispensaries around colorado springs that would appreciate my money .even if im only purchasing a single gram .

I absolutely love emerald City wellness amazing staff who are very knowledgeable and they never try and upsale you or pressure you to buy something you don't need or don't want. Also cant forget the amazing meds that they have always top quality meds and bomb prices they have and tax is included you can't beat that any where else! I highly recommend coming to check out the best shop in the springs Emerald City Wellness you won't be disappointed in the meds or the good old school strain's! They will always have my business!

I love Emerald City Wellness!! I have been working in the industry since the very beginning, this dispensary is legit. Their medicine is grown with TLC, you can tell they flush and properly cure. The staff is out of this world, very friendly, honest and very comfortable to be around. I have not had a bad experience or bad medicine from Emerald City. I suggest you change your caregiver to them now and get your bogo 8th each month!!

I've been a member here for years. They have always been my favorite dispensary by far. Very cool staff, with high quality buds. Great selection of flowers, concentrates, edibles, topicals, etc, and all at the best price around. If you haven't been in come check it out, you will be impressed. This dispensary fundamentally does not care about their patients. After frequenting the dispensary for many months the staff threw me out because they were not familure with how to identify a valid card. Really? I have cancer and have been a patient since 2011. Your poor treatment of patients will reflect on you as a business. DO NOT GO HERE. This place clearly caters to folks wanting to buy large quantities to resell illeagally rather than the patients who actually require treatment. VERY SAD

High jacking plant counts and making up rules great way to run a place I hope you make a buck selling that shatter to your Texas friends that you openly talked about doing one of the first times I shopped at ECW, people that have an extended plant count for medical reasons are allowed to purchase more because i payed 500 for the card and you have 99plants of mine associated with me your growing for my medical benefits not the neighborhoods! and if you saying you're going to honor it then you don't because you have a limited Supply that's pretty sad on your dispensaries part and then tell me I can pick a different dispensary and try telling me the status of my residency and that I was never a member at your dispensary and you deleted me from your computer 👌and that you won't even give me written proof that you took me out of your system 💩 I'll get my medicine somewhere else 😵😵😵😵👏👏👏

MMJ card holder for many years, and after going to a lot of other shops in town this has become my main shop. Prices are just about standard nowadays. The quality of the bud on average is better than other places. By "Better" i mean not just potency, everything is properly cured and dry. Nothing is EVER wet or grassy smelling, its always nice and dry and smells amazing. Highly recommend the Tahoe OG, Sugar Black Rose, and Bubblegum for indica heavy strains.The only dispensary i have found in the whole state which i like better is way up in denver.
