Overall Feedback:
I joined this Emerald City CrossFit this summer and had only a positive experience. All the coaches are very supportive and make the training process fun and enjoyable. They always provide advice on progress, safety and other topics(like nutrition and recovery). I also like this box for the community. They are just great! I feel that everybody can got my back and I always feel better after training!
