This was a one star that I changed to a 5 star. Today is my birthday and I had really rough news, so I came in to get some green. I had a very bad experience with misinformation and was asked to leave. I called to speak to a manager and Lora/Laura was quick to resolve it. I want to thank your store manager for swiftly acting and helping me. She personally took care of me and went above in beyond to ensure the incident wouldn't happen again.
