Went here with my boyfriend and had the worst experience. No one here knew what they were doing and told me I had to leave the building and could not place an order with my boyfriend. Many of the employees were very rude and I will never come here again. Why even let me in the store just to tell me to leave the store before I could decide what to order with my boyfriend.

I love this place first off, they are handling the covid very safely with the six feet spacing everyone on individual x’s, you can’t look at the selection tho to much but that’s understandable with what’s going on, they don’t have to be open, I’m very grateful, so please don’t get upset your gonna get your weed and get high there’s just new rules that must be followed for them to stay open, So just don’t think about your self If you come and visit.But I do want to say tho I went there this morning and there was this cashier on the end that I went to go check out with and he told me to go down to one of the other cashiers for help to check out he didn’t want to, but the long hair guy stopped what he was doing and said he’d check me out, HE was very nice and helpful, even answered questions I had.

Used to recommend this store. Not anymore. Was told I was not allowed to speak to my fiancé in the store, even at a six feet distance, with a KN95 mask on. Said I was not allowed to make “third party transactions” with my fiancé. Said it’s not third party when we share the same credit card account. After the smug and rude VERY young guy that was an associate kept referring to my fiancé as my “buddy” while smiling, after he had been corrected, he then threatened to throw me out, after I simply informed him that this was my fiancé and I was maintaining the social distancing measures in a KN95 mask (half the people had bandanas on?) I’m no Karen, trust me, but that was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a store of this nature, and I would rather go to the Maggie’s Farm tourist trap over being belittled by a child.

Heard great thing about this place went once on Saturday bought 3 Cartridges and 1 disposable pen. On the the cartridges didn’t work had to come back on Sunday to exchange it. Got a new one to replace the one that wasn’t working. The new one didn’t work either. They blamed it on a faulty battery and wouldn’t not do a refund. Guy at the window made a comment saying that it was the 3rd one to come back today. So obviously it’s not the battery. Horrible customer service.

Went to their place last night, bought 1 vape cartridge and 1 ooz battery. Tried using today and it doesn't work. its fully charged and no matter what I do it blinks green 3 times. they charged me $20.00 for the battery which is already over priced and it does not work. I do not have my receipt. ooz says if I pay priority mail to ship it back which is about $7+ they will send me a new one in about 2 to 3 weeks.

Extremely disappointed in my experience. Prices have always been extraordinarily high, but I have been a loyal "rewards" customer for more than a year. Lately, it seems as if they are no longer honoring discounts or other rewards. Clearly, customer service has declined over this past year. I have stopped receiving the usual discounts via text for months and then when I went in today I was told that they would not honor a birthday discount. Without these discounts, the prices are nowhere near reasonable.Despite my personal experience and the high prices, they do have a number of helpful staff and a good selection of products. They seem to cater more to out-of-state tourists than loyal customers, though. Seems like a bit of a cash grab. It's a shame. At this point, i do not think that I will be shopping here anymore.

Starting to not trust the people in here. My husband got home with a container for Kavier but there was nothing there. I know the covid has put restraints on things but the fact is that not double checking to make sure the product is in its its container is making it easy for the staff to be thieves. I will not ever walk out without checking that your staff isn't trying to rip me off again if I dont decided to just go to Maggie's Farm.

Other than the prices this place has been great until today with the curbside service absolutely inefficient joke I got here at 10:45 on purpose only to find out it was curbside service and I must place an order online first you can’t place an online order until 11 o’clock when the store opens I placed my order at 11:03 and it’s 110 and I’m still waiting In a one hour line after waiting in the parking lot next-door for one and a half hours to receive a text that my order was ready then I pull up to a one hour line in the parking lot why are 10 employees only taking care of one car at a time this is in sane 3 1/2 hours since I left my house and I’m not even close to done yet

The convenience and store hours are what makes this place worth while. The people behind the register counter are usually very nice, except the bigger lady with dark hair and tattoos. She scolded me for asking about their 25% off discount they advertised on their website. She rudely told me that if I sign up online it doesn't work. Well you should probably change that on your website and you should probably not yell at customers who don't have any idea that you have to sign up in person. Otherwise the rest of the crew are quite friendly. I wouldn't say they are expects on the plant but they know a decent amount. I will say however that the strains are totally made up names, probably from first time growers who wanna get their unique strain name out there yet they haven't actually bred a strain. The percentages are way off. I've been a daily smoker since brick weed was in style. I also have friends who are professional growers who produce buds no lower than 31%. The 21-28% averages at this place are more like 15-17%. Not terrible but just doesn't hit like the herb you could be getting from home growers. The nutrients used to grow their buds are mostly synthetic and you can taste it for sure. Most the weed I have smoked was grown 100% organic and the high and the taste, even the smell is a million times better with organic nutrients. Plus marijuana is supposed to be healthy in ways, but like tobacco we add all kinds of chemicals to make it more addicting and profitable. That's what happens when they legalize it. Just like opiates. When big brother has his hands in it it goes downhill real fast. All in all this place is nice when you're in a pinch and need to smoke on short notice. Other than that, paying twice as much for an 1/8 that's less than half the potency of the medical buds is not something you want to do every week. I would also like to say their concentrates are not bad. 35 bucks for a cartridge of oil. I really like the grape dream cartridge but sadly 3 out of the 5 I have bought quit working a quarter of the way through the tank. I'll give it some time and I'm sure the recreational side of the business will start raising percentages and dropping prices. We can only hope since not all of us want to get a MMR card and compromise our 2nd amendment right!
