The store is well organized and the budtenders are able to focus on you, one on one, which is nice. They offer a good selection of products, ranging from flower to concentrates and vapes. I prefer the "top shelf" producers and they had a good collection of those, as well as price points in line with other vendors. Even with the current Covid-19 regulations, their process allowed things to work smoothly and still maintain social distancing.

Expensive, and their BEST deals, that show up just a few times a year, still aren't better than other local shop's daily deals.I could see justifying the price with higher quality, service, and location. But they don't seem to have anything positive that sets them apart from the rest.Sorry to the couple of employees that are very helpful and seem to enjoy their job, but management doesn't seem to care if their employees chat with security the whole time while paying a minimum amount of attention to customers.Also, I just got an ad for a food truck next door from their txt deals/promos... Bad move! Sending spam to all your customers?This place doesn't seem like it's ran with customer's needs in mind. Definitely not coming back now.

The communication on deals to the employees is horrible. The staff this morning was rude and not helpful. I thought I would try this place again to see if their service to their customers improved but sadly it hasn't. I will not be coming back here Buddy's is way better and all staff are friendly and helpful so I will continue to go to Buddy's. Get your stuff together Emerald haze you are not the only store around.

This is a nice store however I feel I get MUCH better service at another shop. Three times I have had major issues here. Once I was showed product by the bud tender and was told said product was "fire", so I asked for two half grams (millenium product) one half gram was pretty good, and the other was strait garbage, visibly completely different product, but somehow were labeled as the same thing and of course in this industry once you walk out the door you are out of luck.Then two other times I have looked at a few different products determined what I think looks the best, asked for one of each strain but I usually ask for 2-3 more of the one I like, and twice I have been sold extra of a strain I didn't ask for and this last time it happened the oil was 38 a gram and of course the one they give me extra of is the worst strain of all the ones I asked for. Seems like a small mistake but when you are spending 150 bucks and there are absolutely no returns you would think they would get it right.

Nice shop has the best prices on ounces on the eastside & will always be special to us fans of Anthony Bourdain (RIP)! But always wondered why they show some hella good prices on the website and then undernieth it says “employee price only” like damnnn why let the public know how cheap employees pay for grams? Makes me double check other places for prices after seeing this, might benefit the store & website to make this info only viewable by employees just sayin.

Pretty friendly staff and sweet security. Only one super rude budtender who I avoid at all costs. Shaggy brown haired dude always in an unzipped hoody and jeans. Reasonably priced. Really miss their old reward system. They were the only place I’d go when my dollars turned into points. 🤷🏻♀️ This new one is bull.

Worst dispensary hands down in Renton, I flew all the way From Idaho and I planned to come to this dispensary 2 months ago and I had a temporary Idaho ID because I had to get a new one for the flight and they wouldn't let me in to the dispensary even though I had a separate Idaho ID that was just as good. These people didn't even try to accommodate me I wouldn't even come here

Very clean, organized and welcoming atmosphere. Convenient location (just off of i405). Other places I've been to haven't matched up to the quality establishment feel that I experienced with my first visit to Emerald Haze. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and also by how helpful they are with any questions you might have. Mariana in particular was very professional and insightful with helping me find exactly what I was looking for and giving great suggestions based on my own personal preferences. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for clean place, excellent staff and great product at reasonable pricepoint.

Well, this is just my experience, the first time I that I went to Emerald Haze last Thursday afternoon: everything was great. Quick and friendly ID checker. We were greeted immediately once inside and helped quickly. It was busy and it's a small place, but the woman who helped us was very helpful. I knew what I wanted, and yes, I had to ask the price of each thing (which is one of the few downsides). The other downside was I did feel a little rushed as a line formed behind my boyfriend and I. However, there was another couple who got there right before us and they were still being helped when we left, so it could just be how you feel personally. I was not offered any kind of rewards program.However, the prices are very competitive. I don't know if the people here realize, but the prices are inclusive of the 9.5% state sales tax and 37% Cannabis sales tax... I got a quarter of Green Acres: Holy Grail for $75 and an Ionic: Northern Lights 1g cartridge for $45. That equals $120, but Emerald Haze only got $81.91 of that. Then they have to pay rent, utils, employees, insurance, etc...they're not getting rich-- the state is. For 1g cart and 7g high quality cannabis? Very competitive prices, but I'm used to the medical stores.The cannabis was packaged about six months ago so it was a little dry, if that's a problem use a leaf plucked from a living plant or a small piece of fruit in the container with your dried flower. The quality was very good for this strain, and this was the less expensive of the two brands of flower I inquired about.
