Wow!! What a fun find and experience!! This is more than any one thing, it is everything beautiful, peaceful, thoughtful, creative, unique, and more!! I could just hang out here for hours and enjoy the serenity and passion of the place..learn from the environmental friendly set up. The people working there absolutely love what they do, where they are, and what is means to be apart of that..the revolutionary yet simple approach of sustainability. Bless all the people that make this work and share it with the public! My favorite ladies work the gift shop and I love their heart and service! Thank you Lili and partner ( so sorry, I forgot her name :-( ) for your sweetness! Xoxo Can't believe they got 4 of us to ride the bikes that charge the little light show when you get enough energy going..too much fun, lol!!!

I have been going here for year and my family and have done exchanges and were dealt with greatly but today I went into ask to exchange$175 in product that had caused me excruciating stomach cramping and severe nausea that continued after trying to sleep it off. After purchasing an $200 ounce worth of product (smoking one bowl) the day before and noticing earlier on side effects I went to return the product (the $175 worth) I hadn’t opened due to the intense stomachaches it caused. I was informed by the employee Taylor that he didn’t have the authorization to do a return policy after 24hours and I had to come back in around 1-3 to see his manager Chelsea. I had arrived at around 10:30am and returned at 1:45pm was told I had to wait until 2-3 because the manager wasn’t still there. And had to wait if I wanted to settle this problem, I’d asked the employee if he could call her and asked for confirmation since I’ve waited 3hours already was told no they didn’t have a way to get ahold of her. After 5 hours of waiting with the rudest and unprofessional security guard for her when I first saw Chelsea she seemed more than willing to help me until she saw the quantity(and I feel the strain itself)she could no longer do a return policy and the product was still completely still sealed shut. I even requested if I could come out with something less than an ounce same price I spent originally if I can walk out with something that just works for my medical conditions I was told no. I thought your dispensary was all about the wellness of the patient and helping others feel better. You have a compassion program for cancer patients which awesome but I wonder where the compassion for the patients who have seizures like me or other severe medical conditions. This dispensary has treated me well in the passed and has always been understanding and willing to do returns regardless of the issues until today and feel due to new ownership this company has aimed it’s sights more toward the money train than the wellness train. I appreciate the help and kindness this company has shown me but after today’s experience I will no longer buy big quantities until somethings change because due to these new return policies I’ll be out of medication soon because I can’t use this medicine I tried to exchange now I’m out $175 because I can’t use this medicine.

I just love this place and has a very Serene feeling to it it's just a great place to go. I love the fact that it's all solar and recyclable stuff it's just amazing.The cool things like the trees going through the cars and that truck that they decorated with all these little bottle caps and all kinds of cool stuff and the gkids loved it. There's just cool things for the kids to do there. Customer service is amazing they're knowledgeable and very helpful so thank you for that.5 star rating for me😊

My sister & I went there awhile back to buy some stuff for my back & leg pain. They sold me this jar of balm & some oil drops to help me sleep. The drops worked ok but the balm didn’t help at all. My sister also bought the balm but didn’t open hers because she wanted to see if mine worked on me. Well it didn’t so we had our receipts & the bag it came in. They would NOT exchange mind. I knew that I couldn’t get a refund cause I had used mine. My sister never used hers but they would NOT give her a refund or exchange it. We have never been back since !!!!! They are crooks. There is nothing on the receipt or anywhere in the building that states there is NO REFUNDS.

If you're ever on a road trip on the 101 and are passing through hopland, this place is a must stop. It is located in a sustainable center that is the perfect location for a picnic or just relaxing in a beautiful outdoor environment. The dispensary is tucked away in the corner and offers a great selection of products. I always stop here!

While the grounds, facility and learning center are by far the reason for most of our stops here we recently visited the dispensary here. The staffer on duty didn’t seem to be into his job at all. Questions were answered in a dry, whitty, and crude manner. We asked if the flowers were grown locally and our answer was, yeah in California. I don’t expect bud tenders to know everything about all the products, but they should have a general understanding of what the products are they’re selling. Bottom line, as long as you know what you’re looking for, and don’t need any questions answered this would be an okay place to stop if you needed something at the last second. I’d recommend trying another local dispensary, they’re plenty in the area.

Best dispensary in Mendocino, hands down.Beautiful grounds and a healing atmosphere are unique to this dispensary, as well as a world class compassion program and educated staff make this a recommended outlet for medical needs. Wonderful, wonderful people. Five stars!

Beautiful property so much more than just a dispensary. Family friendly events and landscape. If it wasn't advertised you would never know there was a dispensary. But if you go looking the dispensary is filled with kind attentive humans who carry knowledge and enthusiasm for cannabis. All sorts of products for many needs nice sized CBD selection oral, topical and otherwise as well as "flowers" ,concentrates, cartridges etc. They even have CBDs for dogs.

The young men working at Emerald Pharms have little cannabis knowledge and even overheard one giving a customer miss-information. The compassion program has been reduced to the point it's not very compassionate. Used to be $300 per month free. Then it went to 50% off certain products. Now you have to pay $100 license fee just to keep 50% certain not all products. They do not cary any award winning strains even though they are in Mendocino county!!! So to sum it up, lack of knowledge, lack of good strains and lack of decent compassion program make this despencery one i would not waste my time or money.

Best Place Ever!! A family friendly farm, that focuses on solar education and medical marijuana. They have a dispensary by a beautiful pond with ducks and fish. Family is allowed inside, and it does not feel like a shady drug place it is very welcoming. There is also a store with toys, books, fountains and information on solar power, the list goes on... It is a big property with a playground for the kids, trails with flowers and different types of greenhouses, and the employees there are extremely friendly. We try to get out there every weekend.
