I have been going here for year and my family and have done exchanges and were dealt with greatly but today I went into ask to exchange$175 in product that had caused me excruciating stomach cramping and severe nausea that continued after trying to sleep it off. After purchasing an $200 ounce worth of product (smoking one bowl) the day before and noticing earlier on side effects I went to return the product (the $175 worth) I hadn’t opened due to the intense stomachaches it caused. I was informed by the employee Taylor that he didn’t have the authorization to do a return policy after 24hours and I had to come back in around 1-3 to see his manager Chelsea. I had arrived at around 10:30am and returned at 1:45pm was told I had to wait until 2-3 because the manager wasn’t still there. And had to wait if I wanted to settle this problem, I’d asked the employee if he could call her and asked for confirmation since I’ve waited 3hours already was told no they didn’t have a way to get ahold of her. After 5 hours of waiting with the rudest and unprofessional security guard for her when I first saw Chelsea she seemed more than willing to help me until she saw the quantity(and I feel the strain itself)she could no longer do a return policy and the product was still completely still sealed shut. I even requested if I could come out with something less than an ounce same price I spent originally if I can walk out with something that just works for my medical conditions I was told no. I thought your dispensary was all about the wellness of the patient and helping others feel better. You have a compassion program for cancer patients which awesome but I wonder where the compassion for the patients who have seizures like me or other severe medical conditions. This dispensary has treated me well in the passed and has always been understanding and willing to do returns regardless of the issues until today and feel due to new ownership this company has aimed it’s sights more toward the money train than the wellness train. I appreciate the help and kindness this company has shown me but after today’s experience I will no longer buy big quantities until somethings change because due to these new return policies I’ll be out of medication soon because I can’t use this medicine I tried to exchange now I’m out $175 because I can’t use this medicine.
