I witnessed how bad they treated an older lady that had curb side pick up and after waiting 40 mins in her car they came out saying for her to get off and get your stuff. At the end of everything she ended up leaving because they didn't let her in because she didnt have a mask. Your know who you are! By the way dont reply saying your sorry because theirs no break up to make up. This is for the people to know who you guys are from a 3rd person perspective.

So, a couple of weeks ago I walked out of this place because it was extremely loud and caused me extreme anxiety just waiting. Went back today for a curbside pickup order as I refuse to wear a mask. FANTASTIC SERVICE! Exactly what I was looking for.

Was so medicated I thought I posted my review lol I am a local Chef and I been here now a total of 3 times. The first and third experience was extraordinary simply because I was acknowledged as I walked in (a bit clueless if you will) and was pleased with the patience I received as I searched for my digital med card. The Bud Tender Lady (sorry I forgot whom) was knowledgeable about the juice and flower I purchased my first time in. Read this review 3 more time's if you wonder about my 2nd and 3rd visits. To the owner two buds/thumbs up!

Very annoyed with emerald. The 4th visit special is supposed to be any one item under 100 dollars. So i would have been saving a almost a hundred bucks. But apparently if i buy a cartridge my one item has to be a cartridge wich is not what is says on the new patient specials. So i couldnt buy cartridges and get flower with my "any one item" i had to pick a cartridge. So in the end instead of saving almost a hundred i only saved 15 dollars big waste of time.

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a dispensary & never been so disappointed. Especially being my first time in, Im a big fan of edibles & decided I’d try this place after being to 3 different dispensaries that were out of my favorite edible(Because I bought them all).I was rushed & treated poorly by bud tender from start. Ended up spending $80 on some of thee worst edibles I’ve had in my life 🤮 sat in my car & cried for at least an hour. Even shed a tear this morning. I’ve never had a bad edible & now I will never touch another edible again. & if I hadn’t mentioned the first time discount, I wouldn’t of got it. This was a waste of my time, gas, & hard earned money.

The place is not ready for primetime. Extremely incompetent. I have experienced Ridiculous mistakes and less than hospitable relationships with these people. Two budtenders out of ten have been helpful to me. Today I took my issues to Brigitte the manager. Her indoctrination was way to evident and her priorities, askew. A typical 28 year old! Don't go here! The bs comes down from the top and permeates this business.

1st time patient deal is a lie there is no $50 bogo on any item. I drove 20 miles to have the lady at the check in tell me ya were sorry but it's only a 1/8 and the $50 bogo we were told we give to much stuff away. I asked her why is there a sign on the desk here and same deal on leafly as well she said ya I know I'm sorry. I spoke with the manager and he told me a different story the 1st patient deal is not for flower then I told him well the last at the desk told me different, he then told me well an 1/8 is ok. This dispensary WELL NEVER HAVE MY BUSINESS I WALKED OUT THE PLACE BECAUSE THEY ALL JIST LIE .

I live up the road from the emerald, and I find myself frequently coming in and getting weed or extracts. The wait is never long, the staff is always so happy and helpful, the weed or concentrates my budtender recommend, always have me feeling on the next level. Lots of great deals normally and I love the coupons they give you because of the number of visits you make. In closing come to Emerald, I will gladly give them my money, so should you.

Went to try out the first-time patient deal, and was not let down. All their prices include tax, so it's very easy to not overspend your budget. Great selection, educational materials, daily deals, first-time patient deals and the work with a ton of vendors. So much flower to choose from... I will definitely be coming back for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th time patient deals also!

Just felt like I was a bother to the person who helped me on my first visit there. I had called ahead & was told they had the product I was looking for but when I got there less than 10min later sorry we don't have it & wouldn't check in the back even though the person I spoke to said they just got the product in. I still purchased from there but won't in the future.
