Super, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. My bud tender Dre (hopefully spelled correctly) was perfect. He was able to answer all my questions and provide me with the products that best met my needs. And really, that's exactly what you want in a bid tender, smart, quick, and knows all his product. The only thing I could say bad about them is that there is no tip jar, which means all I can do to show some love for Dre is leave this glowing review and hope that his manager sees it and gives him a raise or promotion. This was my first visit, and I will absolutely be back.

Changed name but nothing else. Sounds like legal issues. They rarely sell flower specials now. Security guard waits till you try to open door then tells you no instead of just telling me before I try that too many people are inside. I watched him do this to almost everyone else as well when no line while waiting inside. After all that I was gonna still buy flower and now they decided to sell all flower in black non see through jars. They want me to buy there mystery bud and hope for best. Whack

Ordered delivery at 10:30am and still waiting for it and it's 7:45pm. Tried calling 7xs voice recording press 1 to reach a budtender pressed 1 and more gold music sounds like ur getting transferred then recording due to high call volume your call cannot be answered. Can't use points when ordering delivery. Need delivery service due to pre existing conditions and never had a problem before..

If I could put negative stars I would I went in to make a purchase today and was told there’s was a half hour wait outside in the heat with lobby and dispo empty. They said they closed to clean the lobby this is absolutely ridiculous if nothing else! There is no reason they have an open empty lobby while there are 8 to 10 patients in line to be seen. I’ve already been here for 20 minutes in the heat

Arizona buds are either mediocre or insanely expensive, regardless of the dispensary. I liked being able to purchase online, until recently. Their website is really bad. They won't accept phone orders for delivery, and their website won't reset my password until I verify my account which I already did last time I ordered. I called the number provided, and there was nothing they could do. They allowed me to order on their website, even though my card has been expired. AZDHS may not be happy about it, but hopefully ECG will hire some competent IT folks to fix their terrible equipment. I had to make a new email account to create a new account.

Best dispensary in Phoenix by far! Only had one problem once and they literally fixed it in Under 12 hours and even hooked me up for my inconvenience. Brian and Audi are a Class Act super professional and they appreciate our business oh, I will definitely definitely be back over and over and over and over again for the tasty Medical stuff😁

These guys now have a lifetime customer with me. They have this awesome referral program where if a current patient refers you and sends you a link both of you get a 50$ credit. You dont have to spend anything out of pocket. So I got my credit when someone referred me, and I referred someone else. Well my referral that I gave to someone else didnt get done properly on my end so they had no obligation to give me the extra 50 on my account but they did anyways. I'm not sure they will do that for everyone so when doing the referral contact them to make sure it's done properly but I was really stoked to wake up to a text this morning saying I had 50$ in my wallet with them. The staff is all really friendly and knowledgeable. I only smoke flower so I cant speak to the quality of their concentrates but the flower they have is incredible. And it seems like they always have between 1 and 3 strains that are 80 for a half ounce. I bought a quarter from them yesterday and the girl threw in a little one hitter. Anyways, this dispensary is easily one of my favorites and I cant thank them enough for honoring the credit that they by no means had to. So thank you guys keep doing what you do and I will for sure Benin there weekly. Love ya'll

I purchased Cresco Refresh Hybrid Royal Highness Liquid Live Resin Cartridge 500mg today 3/9/2020 and it had a huge air pocket. I called and they said it needs to have some kind of air pocket. I understand however this pocket seems too big. I don't want to say anything bad about Encanto because they have awesome deals. I just want Encanto to review the size of the air pockets in their cartridges or at least the customer should check out their cartridges before leaving Encanto. Just in case the customer questions the size of the air pocket in their cartridges.

YUP THIS WAS THE FIRST DISPENSARY I WENT TO WHEN I GOT MY MEDICAL CARD AND OUTTA ALL THE OTHER DISPENSARY I'VE BEEN TO ENCANTO GREEN CROSS DISPENSARY IS THE BEST 1 AND IT'S MY FAVORITE THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS AT HOME WITH MY FAMILY I GO HERE EVERY WEEK TO PICK UP A OUNCE OF MEDICINE AND THEY WILL KEEP SEEING ME IN THE FUTURE

I’ve been going to your dispensary for years. Even though all the changes things were great for me. Never had a bad experience. Today I had to call you cuz your sites un manned. How can you operate as a business without a page. You guys turned Encanto to nothing. Your stocks and shares aren’t worth investing in. In fact three weeks ago the manager James told us of the next venum cart sale, we drove from Yuma to find out they did honor it. Today some chick answered the phone her English was so bad I could not understand her. You guys have almost ruined your business for me and my crowd. Today we are going elsewhere.
