I always have good time shopping here as people are wicked friendly. Vinnie is my favorite guy to discuss about functionality of strains. Tayler is very helpful as well from my last trip. They even got the rollers and raw paper (with the filter) during my visit after I complained a few times. That is the customer care we are looking for. ^.--P

I would have given 5 stars except for my last visit. My wife and I are both medical marijuana patients and have always been invited to enter together. Last visit we were allowed to enter togeather but some woman said one of us had to go back outside because new rules state that only one person can be in the foyer at a time. It was cold wet and raining. I went out and waited. When I got back in, the woman also told me when we leave, we can not walk out at the same time because only one person can be in the foyer. The employees seemed stressed out also. I don't think the new management is as friendly as the last. It use to be fun going there. I will continue going there and see if things get better for now. Every one deserves a second chance.

Great friendly knowledgeable staff who know their products. Customers range in age is broad. They serve the pain control needs of many older people who don't like the effects of pharmaceuticals. Know which products are best for a customer's medical complaints. Take their time with you, never been steered wrong by their input.

I've been going there since day one I've gone to every medical marijuana dispensary that there is you can't beat the quality and the service at ermont the staff is knowledgeable the products always on point. I want to give a shout out to my man Vinny and who could forget the Moses of Marijuana my buddy Ryan the only place I go now

This place used to be pretty good, recently the owner have changed and majority of the stock is from other places but prices are higher. Wait times was longer than before during my last two visit. Flower quality is not the best, tasted dry and super harsh. This is by far the worse dispensary in the area. And last week they sent all subscribers a message about winning a raffle which is a cheap marketing trick to draw attention and offer 20% discount after. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Best dispensary in MA., great consistency in strains, by far has the highest quality flower - They also have a diverse selection of edibles, and literally every single employee has some type of unique and helpful insight/knowledge regarding cannabis. Cannot wait for blueberry pie to return, it makes my life better!
