I have been going to this Dispensary for years. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable for an individuals needs and what they may be looking for. It's local so within half an hour of travel time if you're living within the Boston area. For now this establishment only serves medically licensed marijuana patients. Thanks to all the staff there and their consistency to serving those in need.

Staff was great, easy parking but the flower was really bad, I had the sour diesel and it didn't seem as potent as it's tests suggested not to mention it was dry and smelled like hay.I expect better quality control, most of the strains are in the low teens which is questionable, they have their place but others may want a little higher test...I would like to support them as they seem they are fairly independent from these nationwide companies but there is room for improvement. Again staff and experience was great, product not so much. The peanut butter was good though.

Always a pleasure to stop by ermont good quality buds, very nice line of products and great atmosphere overall. The staff are very knowledgeable of product and are always a great help when it comes to recommendations, this place is for medical patients only so you do need a valid government issued I.D and an instate Medical card. Overall awesome dispensary and staff!!!(3year patient)/budtender

Sooo they're nice as all get out, could be a tad more knowledgable which would help with newer people who dont understand buying medically yet. Lucky I dont need much help but I was disappointed to find only pre rolls and edibles being sold today. Being a diabetic I cant do edibles as they mess my blood sugar up, and pre rolls get used up fast. Other then that they're solid

I love this dispensary. Its the only one I choose to go to. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The staff gets 5 stars in my opinion. I should mention, however, the reason I gave 3 stars Is because the last few months it seems the owners arent aware, or arent bothering to address the severe inconsistency regarding the product. One week, the menu is stacked with choices and 6 days later, we better hope we like CBD, LOW POTENT flower, 75$ vape cartridges, or 5mg gummies..... I asked a staff member what's been going on and I was told " the state"....? I disagree, as I have access to online menus of other dispensaries and delivery places who are stocked up, AS ALWAYS. Unfortunately, I will be trying delivery for a while until you can figure out your own process.

I've had some interesting interactions here, it can be an awkward check out process, that sometimes takes longer than other days. I like their new employees they just hired, very friendly and personable, which ermont needs. And a nice woman named Ashley called and resolved an issue. Clearly they pay attention to their customers. Please consider stacking hardship and veteran discounts :)

This place is awesome! Excellent products and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’ve been going here since they opened and have never been disappointed in my purchase or my experience. All of the staff is outstanding but to highlight a few who have gone above and beyond my expectations are Amber, Vinnie, Ryan, Rachel, Devin, Brian, Brian, Kurt, Max, Taylor, Olivia, Nicole, Charlie, Jacky, Jessica and Chris the Manager. They have a great rewards program and have really good sales/specials too.

Worth checking out now they have finally finished their ownership transition. There is usually a line but moves along quicklySPECIAL OFFER: new patients $25 off purchase of $50+ purchase your first 2 visits (this was offer under their previous owner)

I would have given 5 stars except for my last visit. My wife and I are both medical marijuana patients and have always been invited to enter together. Last visit we were allowed to enter togeather but some woman said one of us had to go back outside because new rules state that only one person can be in the foyer at a time. It was cold wet and raining. I went out and waited. When I got back in, the woman also told me when we leave, we can not walk out at the same time because only one person can be in the foyer. The employees seemed stressed out also. I don't think the new management is as friendly as the last. It use to be fun going there. I will continue going there and see if things get better for now. Every one deserves a second chance.

I absolutely love going here. Not just for the products. But oh how do I love the products. The staff that works there are without a doubt. The friendliest, happy go lucky people on the planet. You could spend hours just sitting there talking to them. But I couldn't. I had to get home to try the products I just purchased. Lol. Never have any returns lol
