I have been coming to your business for years never have I've been told by one of your employees who I believed was there to check us in and I quote, " You can wait in line like everyone else, everyone wants to get faster." My only statement upon walking up was, "Hello, made my order just now online. What did you want me to do if I just made The order online... I am medical with 2 broken legs and including knees. And this is why I go to the one on Tropicana!!! I'm not gonna help pay for his paycheck there

I’ve shopped at Essence several times. I’ve never had issues and have left them a 5 star review at one point, but I’m upset at how I’m currently being treated!I did Essence curbside pick up on May 14th! They place the bag in the back seat. So I drove home without opening it. As soon as I got home and opened my bag I saw that I was shorted $50 worth of product and I called as soon as I discovered it, with my receipt order number. I realize they’re busy during this time, so I emailed as well and then left another message today. No reply from anyone. So, yeah, I’d recommend spending your money with a business that values you as a customer.**EDITED: I wound up walking into the Henderson location. They explained that their phones are going to a call center and the overwhelming volume of emails is slowing down response times. They then immediately reviewed the cameras, and made the correction. I was so pleased that I bought some Shark Bite (first try) as well. Everything was good! Thank you for resolving my issue.

This location is perfect and pretty much central for Henderson and Las Vegas. The customer service is always on point, super friendly, very professional and all the tenders know their $**T when it comes to giving us customer's what we need for the pain, occasion and mood we're in. I been going to this same location for over 2 years already and I don't want to go no place else because of how clean and professional the environment is in here. If any of you viewers are passing through Green Valley, I recommend you to stop by, give it a try and safely, happily get high........Auryhhhht!!!!!!

Essence gave me the wrong flower and they told me to come back the next day to resolve the problem. Today went back to Essence and different people was work and they told me they didn’t know anything about it . So, i went home and about a hour later I received a text to come get the new flower ! Really, went back and Courtnee, the manger gave me the correct flower for FREE !!! WOW, I was extremely surprised, this is a dispensary that is honest if you have any problems speak to the manager Courtney, they have me for a customer forever. Thanks again essence.

If you're considering where to purchase your next flower from, I'd highly recommend it.Things I loved: - Great variety of products, very appreciable range of flower price points, all with impressive testing numbers - Delivery service was simple: they have clear directions on their website, and the process was EXACTLY what they claimed it would be - I love that there were no surprises, delays, or hidden fees - Delivery was also very timely - next day delivery is a real treat - The delivery person was a complete professional: gloves, face mask, all the paperwork lined up and ready for a speedy transactionThank you for the great service!

I ordered some flower and a cartridge online for next day delivery. They don’t give you an estimate of what time they’ll be there. So all day I couldn’t run my errands because I had no idea when they’d show up. They finally did at 8pm. I know these are hectic times so I brushed it off. But then, I tried my cartridge and it didn’t even work. I know it’s not my battery/pen because my other cartridges work with it. I call their number and it takes over 30 min just to talk to anyone. They told me they’d have someone look over my order and call me back. It’s been more than a week and no one has reached out to me. I get that a malfunctioning cartridge is the manufacturer’s fault and not the dispensary, but at least provide some god damn customer service. I’m out $50 and not giving them anymore business in the future.

I'm from out of state and wanted to have some fun while in quarantine, but because I was staying at a hotel they couldn't deliver to me. The hotel doesn't count as a residence. My $157 order got accepted. I waited 3 hours before they bothered to call me and tell me the hotel doesn't count. They would not help me with the issue and proceeded to cancel my order. Would recommend nicer employees.

You guys were great until you teamed up your delivery service during a crisis. They have excluded a percentage of you clients by not delivering to their area. Not to mention it appears from reviews I have seen their drivers steal the orders as well. I get there is a crisis going on, but I looked it up and you could have your budtenders, who are out of work, deliver it. You are choosing not to. That disappoints me.

I've only go to Essence in Henderson. Now the staff is like family. Met a new employee yesterday named Eric. I told him what type of prerolls I was looking for. He found just what type I was wanting. Very helpful (they all are) and knowlegable. Also , I like how we can order online for pick up. Lines sometimes are very long so, using the online ordering I'm pretty much in and out. Thanks Fam!
