MADE HUGE MISTAKE ON MY ORDER. Notice I still gave 5 starts!!! LET ME START BY SAYING THANLK YOU PATTY! They gave my previous order and added the new order but just some of it...lol a huge mess. LET ME TELL YOU I HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE WITH JARDIN AND MORE TO WHERE JARDIN PRODUCT WAS ACTUALLY UNSMOKEABLE. Every time, they argued me down and wouldnt help AND I LOST MONEY. ESSENCE/ PATTY ON THE OTHER HAND. I let them know the mix up and they more than compensated. Will be back in a couple days as usual. Love you guys. Thanka for being my legal dealers.

The Rainbow location is doing in-store pick up where you order ahead. I ordered edibles at 2:45 PM and received a text saying the order had been sent. At 5:28 PM, I get a text that my order is being prepared. On the website it says to wait until you get the "your order is ready" text before arriving, so I waited. At 9:30 PM I tried calling the location and was on hold for 7 minutes before the automated voice told me no one was available. I tried calling again after 10 PM and no one answered again. The location closes at 1 AM and at 1:05 AM, I received a text that my order had been cancelled. I emailed the company for help and never got a response.

Recommended from purple rose said it was the best dispo in Vegas.I came from Colorado and was really disappointed that i couldn't even get a hold of them to ask questions. Its crazy how bad the service is out here. I know plenty of dispensary owners in Colorado and they would be ashamed at how this dispo is running. I guess i find another dispoLiterally called 10 × in 2 days and no answer like wow

I came all the way down from Washington prices where way to. High no full grams of wax To be sold product was not good had dirt or hair I been to the acre dispensary and this one save your time if you are out of state

Horrible to deal with. I placed an order for curbside pick up, received confirmation, and was told I had till 8pm to come pick it up. A little after 5pm I come to pick up my order. No one is outside, the door is shut. I call, the woman on the phone for customer service is confused and says they’re open til 8, and she’s not sure where the employees are. Finally a man comes outside, myself and another client were turned away, despite having pre-placed orders that we told were ready. According to the dude who turned us away they “JUST” changed their hours, and told us we need to come back tomorrow morning. Terrible customer service. Our orders were ready, we had exact change, he should’ve just brought it out to us. At the VERY least he should’ve CALLED us to tell us we could no longer pick up. But instead he completely wasted our time. Definitely will not be coming back.

Good product.. terrible service. I put an online order at 3pm and never received a text confirmation to pick it up. I knew they closed at 5pm so I figured I'd get a text the next day. I tried calling the store the next day but there was no answer just voicemail and I hadn't received any text confirmation so I went to another dispensary. At about 425pm I finally get a text for pickup from essence and they closed at 5pm which didn't give me though time to get there. I finally put in another online order the third day because they have a certain product I wanted. I finally got a text back about an hour later. At this point I'm thinking they must be slammed busy down there. When I arrive the security was very nice and escorted me in and called for someone to come check my ID. Nobody came for about 5 minutes and then finally comes out with no apology for the wait. When I get inside Im the only customer inside and about six employees and nobody greeted me or guided me where to go. Finally I get someone's attention and they assist with my order. I tell the guy about my issues ordering and he admits it was his order and couldn't figure out if they had my product or not so he never text me till 2 days later. No apology AGAIN. Management needs to step up at this strip location. Train your employees some customer service and streamline your ordering process because it's terrible right now.

ABSOLUTE DISASTER. I placed an order at 10pm midnight because they had the 99$ oz special. I waited and waited and waited for a text that never came. Finally when i called they said my order was ready. Halfway there i get a text saying they ran out. This is BEYOND unprofessional and can't believe you guys do business like this. Now I have to rush to the henderson location for a completely different thing.

ALL LOCALS STAY AWAYMy put in a order around 5pm on May 1,2020 for curbside pickup. The ad said same day pickup. Essence was a half mile from our home around 6pm hearing nothing back saying out Order was ready I drove over there and was direct from one parking spot to the next by the rudest employees in my 43 years living in Las Vegas a hour and 45 minutes later I was told my order wasn't ready to go back home and wait on a text. At 10 pm, 5 hours after placing the order we drove back up there to be told they cut off pickups at 10 even though they was open till 11pm to come back the next morning. Around 10:45 We put a Order in with "SHANGO" on Boulder Highway 5 minutes later we received a text saying our order was ready for pickup. We drove over and a friendly staff member delivered our order and we was gone in 5 minutes.ESSENCE believes we depend on them and our business isn't important to them. They mistakenly believe they are to big to fail. Where Shango knows they need locals. I ask anyone reading this to send a message to ESSENCE they need us we don't need them.

Ordered for delivery, of course it was a madhouse and the system was NOT cooperating but I have to say the staff and everyone helped so much for SO LONG since I thought I had an account and was waiting on a delivery thaat wasn't coming. THEN I expected to have to wait until tonite, its crazy out there, and lo and behold my delivery showed up early, the delivery driver was so positive, nice and informative... fabulous experience. I will be back. 1140

Really bad experience black lady older at front desk treated me the worst ever for no reason just because I wanted to turn application in. Iv been growing since 2008 and she felt threatened by me and I was nice to her up till the point she gave me attitude I can't believe they would hire staff so unprofessional. I really wanted to like this place too I was feeling a good vide up till then
