I've had better vape, prices are to high at all dispensaries in ny, but for what you get here, really not worth the cost. Dry refill was a bust. Not organic, it's not what I would have expected for the cost. Ny is a bust over all now that I've seen them all. This was my last hope. Feels like until recreation is here, we suffer at lowest end products available now ny. What's the point of helping, if not to provide the best. I find better on my own. Which shouldn't be the case for anyone. Plus side, free pen with cartridge, that is a plus. Nice setup with it to. That's my only plus I would say. Now, to be fair, prices and product, not good. If it's half the cost that it is now,ok. Street's all would agree there, but as of now, ny citizens are disappointed with the quality, amount -prices, over all. Feels like your ripped off " legitimately " so now. Best in ny, that's not true. In fact your no different than the others, products are no better, so far seen, and prices are currently insane. There's no best in ny, it's way better outside of ny. Even these same companies are better than this here in ny. Disappointed with ny overall experience with dispensaries.

I have stage 4 Breast/Liver cancer and I am on 2 pain medicine's so my pallpative nurse suggested medical marijuana in place of the immediate release pain medicine. I got registered , it was free with SSDI, then took my nurses prescription and went to the etain Syracuse dispensary . They were very helpful and informative there. I got the balance THC/CBD equal amounts of 8mg capsules for $60. It took about an hour to kick in after I took it. It worked amazing for pain, anxiety, appetite and I sleep great when I went to bed. It did make me hungry and I had no high or tired effects like I thought I would. It was AMAZING how it worked just as good if not better than my prescription IMM release pain medicine. The only thing is I ate a McDonald's ice cream sundae hours after I took the capsule and it made me feel real High. You can't eat anything greasy or with fat in it or the THC becomes stronger .Google non-fat foods & beverages to consume. I honestly felt great from them , besides eating I that sundae. I definitely recommend them and I will continue to use them. Good luck!!

Highly recommended. and very educated on the medication. I’ve been with Etain almost a year now and they’ve been very helpful I don’t know what I’d do without them. thee best medical grade you can get in the states. let’s remember not to take it out on Etain pharmaceuticals either about they’re prices, it’s not the pharmacies fault! contact New York State and the federal government write the federal government and ask federal regulators to legalize it completely. write to New York State congress and ask them to lower the prices and taxes for the compassionate care act and then prices will be lowered simple as that. Everybody is very friendly they make sure that you're comfortable.They will answer all your questions... Top quality products before!!!. Make sure you have your medical ID card also your recommendation paper from your doctor that prescribed it for you... They have a mint breath spray, drops, vape oil, powder and capsules... I love how they give you so many options... If you want to be discreet get the capsules, powder or drops... The powder the breath spray and the capsules take longer to kick in but last longer vs The Vape oil and the drops work faster but don't last as long!

I know they just opened a different store in New Hartford. I have been hesitant to change because the product is exactly the way they describe it and the personnel are so friendly and are always willing to help and offer advice. My Doctor said it would be best to stay with Etain. I will drive to Etain until it is proven the other companies are not just as good, but better than Etain. Thank you to the staff. You guys are the BEST!!!

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. However, despite being owned by a woman I've never seen a woman there. There is one guy that's always in a really bad mood and seems very irritated when you ask a question. He works in the back. I think I'm going to try a different dispensary. I have also failed to get responses from emails I have sent asking questions. I've asked questions because I live over an hour and a half away from the dispensary.

Wonderful facility. So glad it’s there. All the people have been so helpful and pleasant. For the first time in 20 years I am pain free!! What a blessing. I can now participate in most of the activities I've had to give up due to severe pain issues. Thank you, Etain, for helping me to achieve a happiness I haven't felt in years. What a joy to kayak and hike again!!

I have been dealing with pain for a long time and now that I am a medical marijuana patient I am so much freer from debilitating pain. I have found, after much research, that the Etain dispensary is most professional, knowledgeable and effective. Staff have always treated me with courtesy and respect. Pharmacist Kevin always will discuss product and options and is very effective and professional.

Out of the 3 dispensaries in Syracuse, I found this one to be a bit better then the others. The staff was curtious at all 3, but this one was a bit warmer, the employees treated everyone there like old friends. The selection here is a lot bigger here also. The forte cannibus powder is fantastic! Prices are a little higher, but not by much.

Someone new at the front desk. Asked me when my appointment time was. I replied I didn't have an appointment. She said next time you need to make an appointment. I told her I only made an appointment for my first time and no one else there told me that. I just walk in. She said next time I can go online and make my appointment it was easy. I know I may have to wait and its no problem. She ticked me off big time.
