I got two carts in May. Setting aside the absurd price, the product is so concentrated that unless you use it all immediately, you will no longer be able to use it in any reasonable way. The carts are supposed to be kept upside down but if you keep them upside down but it takes AT LEAST 24 hours to wait for the product to move to the other end of the cart so it can be used. So each time I want to use the product I have to wait a day.

I have been using Etain for 2 years now. I find it better than its competitor in professionalism and courtesy. The office is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The online ordering system with convenient flexible pick up makes life easier. The staff is friendly and attentive. The products I find superior and more effective as well. They are pricey as the whole current market is but their customer rewards system definitely eases the burden. There is a wide and diverse range of products available and more are forecasted on the way. Most importantly I feel comfortable and confident that I am receiving the best care possible.

I would like to express my gratitude for the help and guidance I received from Etain and there staff!The knowledge and understanding they express during the troubling time with my father was very confronting. I found the pharmacist Ms. Zachar extremely knowledgeable,helpful and generous with her time in guiding us towards the proper products that would help my father. He has been taking the recommended dosage for sometime now and has shown more stable behavior. Thank you to all!!!!God bless!

This place is awesome!! As a newby I thought I would be intimated but felt so comfortable and felt educated by the time I left. A place whom cares about what is best for the patient and to top It all off there products are pesticide free which for me is a huge bonus! Last but not least felt prices were not bad.Thank you until next time.

I've been coming to Yonkers Etain for over a year and they truly have the best staff/product. Whenever I walk in Yonkers Etain, I'm always happy to be greeted by Marisol who quickly makes sure my order is correct before directing to Denise. Denise distributes my medications efficiently. Marisol and Denise are a integral part of the wonderful team over at Etain Yonkers!

From the first day I walked into etain Yonkers they made me feel very comfortable the place is beautiful and kept very clean the Pharmacists Danielle and Jim are great and very accommodating they showed me what products were available and what would work best for my needs and Denise and Marisol are awesome they will help you anyway they can they really go above for the patients! The only negative feedback is the prices there very expensive it has drained my bank account in the last 20 months, now with other dispensaries/competitors out there hopefully they’ll come down on their prices. I think if they come down on their prices they won’t have so many patients looking for other dispensaries with lower prices. Unfortunately at this point I may have to look into other dispensaries that may be more affordable!

The price you pay for the amount you get is ridiculous. Yes the drops are potent and because the carrier is oil and not alcohol the volume is completely different than what you’d get from a tincture, YET they advertise 75 drops per package but I got as close to as 56 drops total. The reason I know the exact number is I decided to log my drops’ usage to see how I feel after and when the bottle was empty I summed up my intake to find out I was sold around 25% less than what promised. Not spending my money there again...

Was very disappointed with the service and the Product after one day the the all thing didn’t work.Not Mentioning the price that it’s so expensive.Try calling like 4 times and no one even bother calling me back. Will never go back there again.

Do not waste your time here! Staff is absolutely unprofessional! The girl at the front desk had the audacity to ask for my password for their site.......and refused to let me enter it in myself. These people *should* be in the business of helping people heal...but all they are doing is lining their pockets and don't care at all about their patients. Will never spend another $.01 here.

To expensive, not strain specific and over priced. Don't believe me look at other states like California, Colorado, Washington etc...Their vape cartridges suck big time you use it a few days and it doesn't work anymore with half the product still in the cartridge. Etain Valerio are gaudging everyone in NY and turning people to the blackmarket to by less expensive product.
