This used to be my favorite place to get edibles. I realize with new safety we have to watch ourselves. I came in was happy i was with my mom so she could get some edibles. I touched the glass and was corrected by a very rude woman who we could tell instantly was in a vrabby mood. At the same time there is a guy on his cell. She observed it and said nothing. I am bummed i went in extremely happy and left with such a bitter taste. If you dont like your job find a new one. Really bummed!

Security officer is approaching cars in shared parking lot without knowing if they are customers, with a weapon. Approaching cars. I refused to roll down my window bc I have a compromised immune system. Manager Zander / Xander said they were following state protocols & could approach cars. Is not waiting for people to identify as customers. This is a shared parking lot used by multiple businesses being patrolled by a man with a weapon approaching random vehicles. Weapon is positioned on body away from business cameras.

I was there with my bf who is high risk and we legit just pulled into the parking lot, and 2 seconds in the security guy with the gun and skull mask starts approaching our car with his hand on his gun. We didn't get out, we didn't even point or look at them, he just started walking up to our car with his hand on his gun. Not only is my boyfriend high risk but I have problems with someone coming up to people's car who they don't know if they are a customer or not. Not ONLY THAT he started walking to my boyfriend's side of the car and we had to frantically motion for him to come to my side and he leaned close to me, mask or not I was being put at risk and so was my bf. So the security guy, holding his hand on his gun the WHOLE time. I am a nice and not intimidating person there was NO reason to approach us as a threat ESPECIALLY if you're asking if someone is a customer. So we called Xander the manager and called to complain and he told us he was instructed to approach people's cars to ask if they are customers in the parking lot and that they didn't have to follow social distancing rules because MED told them to walk up to cars. Instead of listening Xander hung up on us. We have pictures of the guy constantly with his hand on his gun. Have fun going here if you wana feel at risk and want someone who doesn't know if you're a customer to approach your car with his hand on his gun.

I have been using the vape pens for quite some time. I have bought them from many different locations accross Denver. When buying a canister for the pen I will always pay between $17-$20 for a 500mg, brand Craft. This place charges almost $100 for the same canister. Thats 4 times the price then the Green Solution just 5 minutes down the street... and many others. This means this place does zero price research on their competition and charge whatever they feel is good(which means bad for you). Dont go here unless you feel like getting screwed.

The bud is pretty delicious but there are a bunch of stems in my jar with no buds on them!!... just stems... I'm gonna see if they'll make it right, but if they don't I definitely won't be back. That's garbage!

The staff was really nice. The armed security guard was a total laugh and had a major attitude. Sure he gets paid to do something but being offensive to customers isn’t it or maybe it is hahahaa will happily find another place to do business as I would suggest doing the same for yourself. Save yourself the time, hassle and money and shop elsewhere. ;)

Decided to try somewhere new because I was in a different neighborhood from the place I usually go. Ended up paying $25 more for an oz of lower quality product. Everything is preweighed so I walked out with a backpack full of bottles, pretty annoying, but whatever. Then I get home, pull out the first nug, and it is packed with seeds! I open the other containers and every single one of them have loose seeds in the bottom and nugs just full of them. I start grinding and I easily pulled out about 80 seeds, maybe more. Not going back to somewhere that charges me more for lower quality, and not even 100% smokable product. Also weird that I was never shown the product I was actually buying, they've just got a small amount in a clear container on their pedestals throughout the room.

For all my non us travelers if you in the are and looking for easy friendly service with good knowledge go here. Get a pre roll of something and a gram of something else and you'll be sorted. And a lil tip. Go to the pipe shop nextdoor first buy a pipe or a bong and you'll get 10% with proof of receipt off your weed.

Okay so let me start off by saying I feel terrible that I forgot their names because they remembered mine from when I visited months ago. Ivan? And Diego? Well, we'll just call em the 2 Gurus at the spot on Buckley, they are absotively posilutely fantastic. From the conversation we had months ago, they remembered my interests, recommended a PHENOMENAL strain, answered/explained my questions in detail, friendly, all that jazz. And as a server, I truly appreciate phenomenal customer service. This is my new favorite spot.

This was the most uncomfortable shopping experience. You're greeted by a security guard, who immediately starts barking rules at you, because we can't use signage in an informed manner. Also let's ignore the utility purpose of a waiting room & have this guy be the first interaction with your business. Yikes!!There is no one working the floor other than Mr. Security, who again barks recommendations only this time with a mouth full of food. Finally, I make my selections, go to the counter... "We don't have that in a quarter size but I can give you the gram equivalent." What? These are all pre-weighed cans of weed? You can't just weigh out the quantity?? I legit walked out with 7 plastic bottles, & they couldn't even consolidate it to a larger canister... it was as if I were at a vending machine. So either this establishment doesn't trust their staff to weigh product or they don't trust their customers. Personally, I would have preferred less trash. In the end, I still ended up paying more for the same strain. Indignant & disappointed.
