I've always had great service INSIDE the shop. Helpful, knowledgeable, coworkers. Now, the three stars are for the online ordering system. Phone lines are almost impossible to get through. Friend and I placed an order minutes apart while sitting next to each other, she received a text within the hour...and I cancelled 2 & a half hours later after hearing nothing.

Ok I called for one question... regarding my rewards. I've now been on hold (without a "hello, will you please hold?") For 23 min now. I am so glad there is a new dispensary on rainbow and warm springs, got to try them out now!! What if I was the owner calling right now? Some discipline would be handed out!! I'm going to wait a half hour just to tell myself I wasted time much time with Euphoria and to never go back. This is insane!! The manager on duty hasn't even picked up the phone... I know there has to be a light blinking or something..I hear the longercheese elevator music. 30 min... cant do it any

Taking temperatures and providing masks for the clients/patients to come in so gently and with compassion. They greet you kindly with water and provide you with things you can't even sometimes get at the store. They kept to their deals where many places haven't probably been able to which allows the patient to get their medicine at an affordable price they show you why they were our first top medical dispensary as they lead by example for the city and the medical marijuana community. They understand terpenes and their product on a medicinal level and are very familiar with how this helps illnesses. Great job on reopening as safe as possible! The customer service to the product to the safety to the quality in how they run their business to how they treat the people to the quality and options for different ranges of discount if needed. Well done all around well done! Great business great people great quality

I’m one of your VIP customers. Yesterday I had a bad experience at the dispensary, gave bad review. Now I went in to close my account. I did it, but was able to talk to the manager. She explained the situation of everything. We had a wonderful discussion. I will be returning to my favorite place to shop. One bad experience doesn’t out weigh all of my favorable ones. 5 star service at its finest.

I’ve spent over $10000 at this place and you are now consistently claiming to run out of items only to try to up sell me a different product. I placed an order at Noon and at 8pm you call me to tell me my product is out of stock??? Not to mention the girl on the phone immediately asked me if I wanted to cancel my order without trying to rectify the situation. Are you really picking and choosing clients during this pandemic? Your bait and switch tactics will be reported to the BBB along with the State of a Nevada. This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened. Being a “VIP” sure means nothing. Don’t offer 15% off for life through a loyalty program when you sweep your loyal customers to the side after they obtain the discount. Show Grow will be taking my business from now on.(***ALSO they offer rewards for reviews so all of the positive reviews can’t be trusted)

Worst experience ever. my girlfriend is a medical patient and has seizure has trouble talking and wanted to get some rso from this place. as soon as we go in I let them know I need to go in with her because we are shopping together and has seizure and they denied me and told me its state law they can not let us shop together or even talk to each other while in the back looking at products. very unhappy and hope she is not in pain now that we have to hunt for rso.

I ordered later in the day so I wasn't expecting my order to be delivered same day. I got it within five hours or so of ordering! I liked that I was called when the delivery guy was leaving to drop off orders to confirm that I would be home within the next hour or two. He confirmed how much it cost after tax which was nice so I had time to get enough cash out. He also called when he was leaving his last delivery and gave me his etimated ETA. He was really polite over the phone and when he dropped off the delivery. Overall it was a great experience and I will for sure be ordering from here again and have recommended this service to others since some of my friends have had less than favorable experiences at other dispensaries.

Day 1, placed order. Day 2, received call because item was out of stock, so I chose something else. I was told delivery was happening. Day 3, called to follow up, they lost my order and forgot about it. Rescheduled my order. Delivered order at the wrong time had to come back. Got my delivery just now at 11:15pm. Never ordering from here again.

I am just beyond disappointed in this place. I changed my 5 stars to a 1 star. I put in an order online for delivery and on the website it said same day or next day delivery. Then I got a text saying it could be 48 hours. So I tried to call to see what info was correct. I couldn’t get through and I believe they just are not answering the phone. So I checked to see how my order this morning and they canceled it due to being out of stock. The same product was still in the menu though. Also I didn’t even get a text telling me they canceled. I will never come back again.
