I've visited this place a number of times and I can say this is one of the better dispensaries in the area. If you ask right they have some quality products for a good price. One of the biggest problems i have with this location is whenever i ask for something the bud tender will usually try to sell me the most expensive product they have. Not really a good sales strategy and word will travel fast if this becomes habitual. Give the customer some options and let them decide. Aside from that the location is very clean and the bud tenders are usually friendly

Tyree was absolutely amazing to work with. He was calm and collected and aliviated all frustrations I had dealing with my loyalty points. He hooked me up with a great party pack of different things he thought I might like. We need MORE people with Tyrees energy!!Thank you for everything because of this visit I will continue to come to Euphorium. Thank you again!

Come here about three times a week. They are amazing. Staff knows what I like and they haven’t been charging me an arm and a leg yet for it. Prices stay the same I’ll keep coming. Homeboys with the dragon ball shirt and the dank czar hat are great budtenders.Most importantly I’m writing this because they have been handling this Covid-19 ordeal well. They have been making sure to have people distanced and not letting people touch products they don’t purchase. Great stop, takes care of us and I’ll be back. Ordered online, arrived an hour later and order wasn’t done as well as 3 of the 5 items actually not in stock and the express lane was a lie. Classic bait and switch. Virus good practice was in shambles, cars had to navigate through people in line in parking lot, female manager was rude and yelling at people, poor selection, no ID check at door. Helpers were friendly.

Really great crew now when I come in on nights and weekends. Euphorium has really upped their customer service game since I used to come here over a year ago, when I stopped coming here for a while after several bad interactions with old crew members. I appreciate that as a regular customer, they have worked with me on working within my budget but getting some good deals.

They have expanded since I was last here! So glad to see it. Still the best place in the area for your marijuana needs. Clean, organized, great inviting environment. And the people who work there are super good at what they do. No waiting around for help or to get in or out. I was able to shop comfortably and get just what I was looking for and felt really good about what I got as the young man who helped me was so great. Thank you! I'll be back again next time I'm in town, but no worries - my family that lives here loves you too and visits often. 😉 you all rock!

Would give ZERO stars if possible. Called in an hour before listed closing time asking about selection and price. The dude (was not professional enough to be called anything else) who answered would not give prices or even price range over the phone (b.s. as many have before) and was rude about it like we were calling in 5 minutes to close. These guys are a joke and run the business like a bunch burnouts chumps. Have some class and professionalism atleast.

The first time parked in front of the store so I could see my dog in the car with the windows down, I was shocked when the said I could bring her in. To find out their dog-friendly and have treats for dogs. I have been a customer since day 1 at this location opened. I moved about 1/2 hr away from Covington but this is the only place I will buy all my goodies. Their customer service is on point. This is truly the only store I will shop at they truly listen to what your needs are and not trying to push their agenda on you. Keep it up!!!! My Beagle gets excited when we turn in to the parking lot and go and makes her round to all the staff and sits at the end of the counter for a doggie treat. She loves all the attention from the staff.

Have been there countless times and sadly they have adapted the no vertical id policy. Very upset as I had the intention of supporting the establishment. They lost a customer, but I wish the company well. The person who helped me at the door also cut me off while trying to engage in a conversation and I found that unprofessional. Sorry mate.

Another place to adapt the “no vertical ID policy”. I’ve been going here for almost two years and have racked up loyalty rewards over the time and frankly I’m not going to be forced to give the state $54 just to be granted access there even though I’ve been there hundreds of times with no problems. I’m not sure if this is cause of some kid who came in with a fake and didn’t catch it but frankly, the LCB states that vertical state given IDs are acceptable and an ID just needs to include the correct information to be valid. This burden lies at the hands of the owners/managers who should train employees how to properly spot a fake and not the customers who have legal state ID. Plenty of bars and other dispensaries around the area that do this without a problem.
